Walking the Silver Wire!
Throughout my entire life I’ve had an irrational fear of heights picture me hugging the side of a mountain pass begging people not to pass!
I needed to know why, it was starting to cramp my style!
So I opened my Akashic Records…and was shown a picture of a woman falling and collapsing onto the ground like a rag doll (and then slowly sitting up, dazed). I needed more details and turned to my Guides. Master St. Germaine came through and told me I was a tight rope walker in the Circus and refused the safety net. After many years of perfect performances – I fell.
That particular lifetime was to learn balance, and fortunately I came away with a deep understanding of what balance looked and felt like. Each lifetime provides a theme (that we choose) to experience. Sometimes an experience stretches over many lifetimes and when they are complete we are able to tuck them into our tool belt and take that expertise with us into the next life.
I was assured I did not have to experience a “fall” ever again, that I had a clear understanding of balance.
I was confused? Balance for me was about going within, breathing, joy, sleep, play, nature, work. How does physically walking the tight rope equal an understanding of Balance?
After some contemplation I realized that while walking a tight rope teaches steady physical balance and equilibrium. There is another component which is emotion. I’m pretty sure that on that fateful day, there was something “weighing heavily on the mind” or “some type of e-motion” which created an imbalance. Interesting note, the root word of e-motion is motion! That can’t be a good thing when you need to balance and hold steady!
So how do we maintain balance and prevent falling off our own “high wires”? Well, luckily no one has to step onto a tight rope to figure out Balance, that was my choice. It can be as simple as removing the weighty issues that clutter the mind! Think yoga and meditation, now add in conscious breathing, balanced time in nature and drinking plenty of water. Simple but effective tips to keep the equilibrium. It doesn’t have to be anything more than that.
By dealing with lessons in life, in a balanced fashion and releasing them when they no longer, we can learn stay on the wire, despite the slight leans to left or right.
