You are poetry in motion…a story, a play, and a song. Each word, step, smile, and feeling are part of your dance. You choose the rhythm, facial expressions, and reactions. You control them and your experience. You respond when life leads the way, being mindful not to react. You listen, reading between the lines, knowing that the most important part is found in the breath. You bend, sometimes you break, but in the end you stand. You have magnificent potential.

With every decision you co-create the story of your life, bartering time for an experience. Everything is important, and nothing is insignificant. You feel empowered, and inspired, as you tap into all that you were meant to be. You want to experience everything. You are the author, the playwright, the lyricist, and the choreographer.

Sometimes you can get lost. You have no idea how or why you’d possibly write yourself into the story, the dance, you are living, but you did. The truth is, you participated in its creation. It did not happen overnight. It was a slow progression. But…you have a choice. Everything you tell yourself to the contrary, is an excuse. And you know that.

If you are not happy with your story, learn from it, and let it go. Turn the page. Write a new chapter. If your dance is anything less than amazing, learn a new one. When you let go of the past, or what is not working you make room for the future and glorious new beginnings. Play around a bit. Add characters, a cheerful melody, a colorful new setting. People have written themselves into beautiful new stories. They have learned to dance in entirely new ways. Turning away from old recordings, and the dogma, makes room for the birth of the whisperings from your soul. How amazingly, ridiculously, awesome is that!

It’s healthy to have dreams, goals and desires. They are the callings of your inner child, which can reveal your life purpose. But it is equally important to live joyfully in the moment. Stop waiting. Be present and awake. Infuse your life with the things and people you love, or you could miss it. Just like that, you’ll blink and the moments of your life will be gone.

Humankind is reaching out to discover their true identities and their greater purpose for being on Earth. Many still need assistance to clear, cleanse and transmute any thoughts and feelings that are no longer serving them in moving into the freedom of a new Golden Age. With the shift of consciousness that has been taking place over many, many years, you are comprehending with much greater clarity the higher levels of information that we have been sharing with you to assist and encourage as many as possible to move through the 3rd and 4th dimensions and into unlimited Unity Consciousness on the 5th dimension.

During this ascension process, you may be witnessing an increase in confusion and fear around the world due to the massive release of mis-information that is now being pushed to the surface so it can be transmuted and lifted back into the Love and Light of Source. This cleansing is making it possible for many to align with more of the consciousness of their Presence. It is also starting to ignite more and more of the Divine qualities of the Presence until ever-abounding joy and abundance becomes the natural state of every awakening soul.

You are each remembering and assimilating much of what you have known in past Golden Ages based on the awakening of the previously dormant strands of your crystalline DNA. This is allowing many epochs of Earth’s history to move into alignment with your current timeline so your ancient gifts or talents can be used to create your new Golden Age.

You are all undergoing a process of integration that is preparing you to live in the 5th dimension. This is creating a constant expansion of the frequencies within and around your body, making it important to re-evaluate and reset your priorities so everything you are thinking, feeling and creating is in harmony with your Presence and your Divine Crystalline Blueprint for these times. This will continue until the ascension.

This accelerated and individualized process of growth may be accompanied by necessary periods of rest followed by surges of energy and expanded levels of awareness. It behooves each person to know and support their own growth cycles so harmony can be sustained within all levels of their reality. Everyone will eventually be in complete resonance with his or her higher destiny. It is very important to be patient with yourself and with one another as this process continues, for there is room for all of humanity in their diversity to fully expand in wonderful and amazing ways while each one is remembering and accepting that we were created as an expression of God.

A spiritual awakening comes naturally when you realize that God is not a belief, it is rather the essence of who you are! You are Love, you are loved and God’s creative consciousness abides within you. Every person is here to create their personal life and all aspects of their extended life with this Divine Love. It is only when we live in separation from the Presence of God within us that we are powerless and that we perpetuate suffering and negativity on this planet. Together we are here to allow the bonds of the ego to dissolve so completely that we can embody the Presence of God while we are living on the Earth. It is only from that level of our consciousness that we have what we need to co-create in loving cooperation a new Golden Age of Freedom. As one united force, we can change the world in a very short period of time.

Beloved Ones,

Many people are opening to deeper levels of love within all areas of their consciousness and this can be a difficult process for some. The needs of others can compete with your own intentions to move forwards in your life and it is important that you keep on track on your own personal journey. You need to stay connected to your higher promptings and to follow your own star. Each person on Earth is experiencing the higher influx of energies in their own way at the level of their personal awareness. It is difficult to stay on the sidelines and be a witness for those you care for as they experience the consequences of their choices. Each soul has an individual soul plan and the free will to follow it or not. Difficult as it may be to accept, each person has chosen to follow certain paths in order to gain knowledge and personal experience from them. Be available to your loved ones if and when they need you and love them without judgement. It takes great courage to experience life in the physical. Many shifts have and will continue to occur within each individual and within the movements of the Earth. The effects of these are far reaching in their impacts.

The Earth is surrounded by a golden light and this will assist in helping with the changes that have been wrought. Many areas of the world are in need of your loving compassion and energetic intent of healing and support. Send your love and healing energies to those areas that are in the throes of difficult change. The citizens of those areas are in need of love, compassion and practical support. The changes that occur in each area of the world are felt energetically around the world. The loving hearts of humanity are joined together in the heartbeat of the world they live on and it is important to stay aware and attuned to it. Take a moment often throughout each day to put a hand to your heart and feel this connection. Within each soul, the truth of the oneness with all is known, acknowledged and honoured. You are all sisters and brothers and it has always been so. Turn away from anything that would tell you otherwise.

Throughout Earth’s history, its surface crust has been altered many times and this is a process that is more prevalent at the end of certain cosmic cycles. The cosmic alignments create changes which open the doorways to new beginnings and such is the time that is now upon you. You are here now and were deemed capable of going through this process by utilizing the wisdom and knowledge you have accumulated and gained throughout the ages to aid you in riding through it. You have within you all that you need to emerge victorious. Place a star of love over each of these areas and set the intention that the love and healing this star radiates will be maintained and sustained at all times to offer healing and balancing to everyone within its radius. Your strong and focused intention will make it so.

The inner metamorphosis that each of you is going through can leave you feeling and looking drawn and haggard. It is another sign that the downloaded energies that you have received are being assimilated and integrated. It is once again imperative that you ingest more water than usual in order to assist your physical body to cope. More rest and nurturance of self is in order as this process continues. As each person’s heart chakra is opened more fully, there is more sensitivity and empathy becoming evident in the outward expressions of the people around you. Allow yourselves to feel into this experience without resistance to it. Keep the events of your life simplified and this will create the balance that is necessary. There are many activities that can be curtailed without missing their presence in your lives. Simplify, simplify, simplify!

By creating order within your homes and eliminating clutter, it creates a more conducive atmosphere which sets the stage for new beginnings. By repeating the words, “divine order” many times during the day, you will keep yourselves on task and will not be as likely to lose your focus. This activity also helps you to feel good about yourselves as you experience success in each of the goals that you have accomplished. Stopping often just to look around you and appreciate the beauty that surrounds you is also helpful as you create your new beginnings. We hasten to remind you that each new dawn also brings a new beginning so be kind to yourselves and more heart centered in your interactions with others around you. By keeping things as simple as possible, you will get through this.
