All of our experiences, all of our struggles have lead us to where we are now. We may have had some hard lessons to learn and we may have sailed through a few of them with flying colours. We may still have some confusion. We may hold on to some old resentment. We may harbour some regrets. But, however we got here, we are here now. And we are here for a reason.

Everything we have been through has helped us to grow. It has been an opportunity to expand our conscious awareness; a chance to see things differently; a chance to shift our perspective.

The old experience becomes a tool with which we can help others who are going through something similar in their lives; it assists us in coming into service.  But we no longer need to project it onto our future. We know that it is done. Now it is time to soar above the drama of  all that we have learned and begin to create what we desire.

We are stepping out of the darkness and into the Light. And in the Light, everything and anything is possible. In the Light, we can be who we truly, authentically are. In the Light we are Divinely inspired to create. We can fearlessly manifest the joy we crave into our lives. Know that when we step into the Light, great blessings follow.

Grounding is an important and often overlooked topic in our health. Grounding is simply reconnecting or realigning ourselves with the Earth or the ground. We are electrical beings with electrical currents running through our brains, nervous systems and bodies. It helps us to allow this electrical energy to ground.

There are a couple of really important reasons for grounding. First of all, the Earth has a steady supply of energy which we would naturally draw upon. Without it, we can feel drained, tired and even depressed. Secondly, we build up excess energy as we go about living our lives, through the charge of emotional energy, interactions with others and interactions with electrical equipment, for example. This can cause a feeling of overwhelm and anxiety, headaches, muscle pain or nausea. Some people have so much build up that they shock themselves or others when they touch things. This excess energy can easily be discharged and bled off into the ground through our feet without causing a disturbance and we will feel a great relief and improved well being.

It is especially important to ground before, during and after doing a Reiki treatment on a client. You will be opening your energy field to the energy field of the client, as well as to the energy of Reiki and for some people this takes their awareness out of their own body and brings more awareness of the client’s issues and pain. Grounding can help keep you in your own body awareness, without taking on the issues of your client.

There are several ways to ground, so simply choose the method that feels most natural for you. Over time, it will become so natural that all you will have to do is think the word ‘ground’ and you will feel the magnetizing sensation in the bottoms of your feet, rooting you to the Earth as the sensation washes over your body and mind.

1. Envision strong roots growing from the bottoms of your feet, growing down into the Earth’s core.

2. Walk outside, taking in the fresh air for a few minutes. That can be all it takes. If you feel really in need, take off your shoes and walk barefoot on the dirt or the grass.

3. Trees are very grounding. Sit under a tree, stand with your back against one, place your palms on one, or even go all out and hug one!

4. Play in the dirt or sand. Seriously. Play is grounding. So is gardening and being around any living thing that grows in the soil.

5. Dance.

6. Imagine a ball of light that begins either in your head, heart or belly. See the light drop down the center of your body, along your spine, then down your legs and out the bottoms of your feet into the Earth, connecting you to the light in the Earth.

7. Drink a glass of water or eat something. These things activate your body, so they help to ground you.

It can be helpful to ground yourself several times a day, especially after something very draining or before and after events where you are around large numbers of other people.

After the end of the Atlantis era, the 5 out of 12 main chakras closed. That is because the Earth shifted its vibration to 3rd dimension from 5th and 6th or the higher dimensions. In order to ascend to the higher dimensions we need to activate all the 12 chakras including the 5 deactivated ones.

What are the higher dimensional chakras

Apart from the 7 main chakras we have 5 more which we will henceforth refer as higher chakras. They are as follows:

1. Stellar Gateway
   The Stellar gateway is located roughly approximately twelve inches (30 cm) above the top of the head and has gold colour.Archangel Metatron works with this highest chakra. This chakra contains and holds all the experiences we have across all the lifetimes and is a gateway to what we call as the source. In literal terms ‘Stellar’ means related to stars and ‘gateway’ means an opening that can be closed by a gate. Hence this chakra is actually a gateway to the stars ie: the higher vibrations.
   This chakra is said to be 6th Dimensional chakra and stands for our access to the ultimate source. However once the ego starts seeping in this chakra will lose contact with the source. It is said to be the source of highest link linking to cosmos interstellar and is timeless. It is golden in colour and said to have representations of the spiritual achievements.
2. Soul Star Chakra
   The Soul Star chakra is located six inches (15 cm) above the top of the head. Governed by Archangel Zadkiel and Amethyst along with Archangel Mariel and Lavender this magenta chakra stands for divine knowledge and cosmic wisdom.
   This is said to be the 4th dimensional chakra. It is magenta colour representing the divine feminine of worldly knowledge combined with spirituality thus taking you towards cosmic wisdom. We connect through this chakra with the galaxies thus taking information from galactic source.
   Together the Stellar and Soul Star in balance can help achieve spiritual and earthly balance.
3. Causal Chakra
   The Causal chakra is located three to four inches (8–10 cm) behind the centre back of the head. Above the crown is governed by Archangel Christiel and twin flame Malory this chakra is white and has feminine qualities of love, compassion, and intuition as well as purity. When you open to the higher consciousness of the great feminine energy, this chakra comes into relevance.
   This causal chakra is said to deal with the exploration of spirit and higher wisdom and opens when right brain is active because it enables us to see the big picture through power of intuition and creativity.
4. Navel Chakra
   The Navel chakra is situated right at the navel (between sacral and solar plexus). Archangel Gabriel and hope is in charge of this bright orange golden chakra. The chakra governs divine masculine qualities of courage, strength, and protection of the weak summing up to empowerment. Hara or navel in the Japanese and eastern philosophy is a subtle centre just above sacral it stands for emotional harmony.
   Key chakra in digestion and absorption of food thus influencing metabolism in weight control.
5. Earth Star Chakra
   The Earth Star chakra located below our feet six inches (15 cm) below the feet. Archangel Sandalphon works with this black chakra. It is located below our feet while walking. Normally this chakra is black but it can become magenta when activated. This chakra deals with nature awareness. It is the chakra of earthly existence and of rebirth and renewal.

How to access and connect to the source and higher energies of these Chakras?

There are several ways to do these exercises. Please note that there is no right or wrong approach. However activation of these chakras should not be taken lightly as this has lot to do with your life purpose and connection to the source. Once open these chakras will give you a lot of divine experiences and you should be open to it and respect the messages. Take your teacher or guru in consultation and proceed to be cautious. At any time if you feel aloof or disconnected ground yourself.

1. With Reiki
   Connect to your higher self with the HSZSN and DKM. (If you are Reiki level 1, you may just call higher self in meditation.) Now visualise all the chakras one by one in each colour. Deep breathe and imagine each chakra getting soaked in the respective colour for approximate 2-3 minutes. It would be more advisable to see all 12 chakras in their respective colours in the following order:
   1. Earth star : Black
   2. Root: Red
   3. Sacral : Pinkish orange
   4. Navel : Golden Orange
   5. Solar plexus : Yellow
   6. Heart : Green
   7. Throat : Blue
   8. Third eye: Indigo
   9. Crown: Violet
   10. Causal : White
   11. Soul star: Magenta
   12. Stellar Gateway: Gold
2. Unicorns
   Unicorns are loving beings of high dimension and are extremely beautiful and healing in nature. You can invoke them just like invoking any divine beings like angels. Light a candle if possible. Ask them to bless you and heal your 12 chakras going to each chakra at a time. In my articles on Unicorn Reiki I have explained various ways to reach them.
3. Angels and Archangels
   Just as explained above each of the higher chakras has an angel governing it.
   • Stellar Gateway: Archangel Metatron
   • Soul Star: Archangel Zadkiel and Amethyst as well as Archangel Mariel and Lavender
   • Causal: Archangel Christel and Malory
   • Navel: Archangel Gabriel and Hope
   • Earth Star: Archangel Sandalphon
   To open each of the chakras and heal and clear them, you can chose one chakra at a time and heal it for a week before moving to the next chakra. Light a candle of the chakra colour if possible and then invoke the angel by saying “Archangel ….please be here and help me heal this chakra“. Imagine yourself basking in the glory of this angel. Thank the energies and finish the meditation.
   You may alternatively ask angels to bless you just before you go to sleep so that they clean your chakras when you are asleep. The reason we are doing this is because your ego is asleep when you sleep and it can be a quick time for this meditation.
4. Crystal therapy
   Black Tourmaline can help us ground ourselves as we open the Earth Star chakra in conjunction with Soul Star. The Stellar Gateway, the Soul Star and the Causal chakra, can only fully express their ability and be open if and only if the Earth Star is activated and awake.
   Blue Kynite can help bring peace. Angelite and Rainbow quartz can help open higher chakras and connect to the higher energies. Moonstone also can help connect to the chakras especially the Causal and the Soul Star.
5. Sun Salutations
   I have loved this yogic exercise ever since my childhood days. It should be done only with guidance of a yoga teacher. The energy of Sun can help activate all the 12 chakras. Coincidentally, there are 12 steps in this exercise thus helping open all the chakras. The chant at the end of each set salutes the Sun in the ancient language of Sanskrit thus opening us to sun energy.

A minimum of 5 sets done every day will help in balancing all 12 chakras.
There are many chants to salute the Sun after each set of the exercise. You can chant any of the below:

• Om Suryaya Namaha
• Om Bhaskaraya Namaha
• Om Adityaya Namaha

Finally I would like to say that, stay in high vibrations to open higher chakras. If you are in low vibrations the chakras will automatically close as they vibrate at a high frequency. Hope this article helps you to vibrate higher.

Meet the Fairies ~ Nature angels who love to have fun.

So many myths surround fairies and the other elementals that there are frequent misconceptions and confusion over who they are and how they act. Here are some of the questions that I’m often asked about the fairies, and the answers that I’ve received through my experiences and interactions with the elemental realm:

Q. Are fairies mischievous pranksters?

A. Fairies, like all humans and other Earth-dwellers have egos. That means that they don’t automatically love everyone unconditionally as the egoless angels do. Fairies are very loving beings, but they favor people who treat the environment and animals kindly.

Since fairies play tricks on those who mistreat nature or animals, they’ve earned a reputation for mischief. Fairies also love parties, playfulness, dancing, and music. As these behaviors have been frowned upon at various times in our societal and religious history, these beings have also been denigrated.

Q. Are fairies real, or are they mythical?

A. Fairies are as real as you and me. They’re as real as angels. Yet, only people who believe, are open-minded, or have a pure heart can sense or see them. Fairies are very shy and sensitive beings who hide from harsh environments or people. So those who are prone to skepticism can’t see or feel the fairies.

Cultures also have an influence on people’s acceptance of the fairies. In the United Kingdom (especially Ireland and Scotland), Australia, Polynesia, and other countries, there’s a widespread belief in fairies and elementals. The countries that treat nature and animals with the most respect also tend to have the highest belief in fairies.

Q. Where can I find fairies?

A. Fairies live wherever there are plants or animals. They live near houseplants and pets. However, they’re especially fond of the wilderness. They don’t like pesticides or tightly manicured gardens.

Q. A psychic told me that she saw fairies around me. What does that mean?

A. Some people have fairies as spirit guides. Fairies stay with people who have a life purpose involving environmentalism or animals. You can ask the fairies for guidance about how to help the earth. In addition, fairies help us lighten up and be playful.

Q. Are fairies fallen angels?

A. God made fairies as the angels of nature. They’re beings of pure, Divine light and love with an important mission of healing and protecting the environment and animals. Like humans, fairies have egos. So they’re not unconditionally loving like the celestial angels. However, fairies are kind and fair.

Q. Can you trust fairies? Do they ever harm people?

A. You earn the fairies’ respect by extending kindness toward Mother Nature. Recycling, using Earth-friendly cleaning supplies (available at any health food store), and donating to environmental causes are just a few of the behaviors that fairies look for in their potential human friends. Once you earn the fairies’ respect, they’ll do anything for you.

Fairies don’t harm people, but they can play tricks on those whom they view as cruel toward animals or the environment. Sometimes they play mild practical jokes (like temporarily hiding things) on people they love as a way of being playful.

Q. Can fairies become human, or vice versa?

A. Some people who look like fairies, gnomes, leprechauns, mermaids, and pixies are elemental souls who’ve elected to have human lives so that they can help the environment and animals in a big way. Q. Is it true that fairies or leprechauns can bring you a pot of gold?

A. Many people report that the elementals help them with finances. While the fairies and leprechauns usually don’t bring literal pots of gold, they do bestow good fortune upon those humans whom they favor. This is one of many reasons to make friends with the fairies.

When I first learnt about ‘Starseeds’ , I was immensely fascinated. The word Starseed is used to refer to those souls who have lived on different stars and energetic dimensions before incarnating on Earth. They are energetically evolved and are very wise at the soul level. Many of them are born enlightened though they may not be consciously aware of this.

What is their Purpose?
These souls choose to incarnate on Earth and to experience life in a human body. Many of them have had several incarnations on Earth already and experience the ups and downs of life, like every other human. They also bring love, light and many soul gifts to help Planet Earth with the shift that it is experiencing in the present time. They choose to get entangled in the web of karma so they may truly understand the limitations of human life and then proceed to help other humans on their evolutionary path.

Some Starseeds bring gifts that are specific to their stars of origin. Others have lived on several stars and bring gifts from each of their starry homes. All of these gifts lie latent in them and spring forth when the time is ripe for them to fulfill their Earthly mission.

Now if you’re wondering why these Starseeds must take all this trouble, the answer is that the Earth has been going through a positive evolutionary shift in the last few years. This shift has accelerated post 2012. This is an energetic shift from the lower dimensions of existence to the higher dimensions. The Earth was a third dimensional planet for eons of time, which is a rather low place to be in terms of energetic evolution. Living in the third dimension means that we are limited by the density of matter that surrounds us. Utilizing our potential as the energy beings that we truly are is quite a challenge in third dimensional reality. Matter rules, which is why skeptics and strictly scientific people consider energy healers to be out of their minds!

Also, evil and darkness prevail to a large extent and people are cut off from Source/God/Highest Truth. The heart is closed and there is no place for love or light to come in. This is what third dimensional reality is all about. That explains all the violence, war, racism, suppression, disease, unrest (at individual and global levels) and everything negative that happened in Earth’s history and continues to happen around the globe even today. Living at a higher dimension opens the heart and allows light into the world, thereby transmuting the prevalent darkness into light.

Starseeds on Planet Earth

The beings in some other star systems and energetic dimensions are more evolved than beings on Earth. Many Beings from these stars (Starseeds) have volunteered to incarnate on Earth to help usher in the new energies.

The eternal Divine spark that links people to Source is the same in each of us, irrespective of whether we are Starseeds or not. Starseeds are not superior people in the egoistic sense. However, in the cosmic drama designed by Source, Starseeds play the specific role of helping Earth rise up from the third dimension to higher dimensions of light filled existence.

How to Know If You Are a Starseed?
A fascination for stars, planets, outer space etc is one of the most common signs of being a Starseed. As a little girl on holiday with my family, I spent the night at a hotel in a quaint city. The hotel room had a large glass window that allowed me to gaze at the stars while I lay in bed. I remember feeling very peaceful as I looked at the stars in the clear night sky. This memory is etched in my consciousness and even today I can tap into the same feelings of peace and joy I experienced that night several years ago. I also had a strong desire to go back and stay at that hotel so I could gaze at the stars again. So, if you experience a sense of wonder and peace every time you look at the night sky, you just might be a Starseed!
A fascination for science fiction is another sign. The movie Avatar is the perfect example of soulful science fiction. I do not enjoy action in movies and I was not keen to watch Avatar as I learnt that it had plenty of action sequences. After a lot of coaxing, I happened to accompany my folks to the movie Avatar. I was very sure I would not enjoy the movie. But what unfolded during the movie had me glued to my seat. I was truly moved as I watched the celestial body Pandora, the Na’vi beings and the healing tree known as the ‘Tree of Souls.’ And all of this happened at a time when I had given up on Reiki. My soul was stirred and tears of joy streamed down my face (despite all the action and darkness that was portrayed). When we finally walked out of the cinema, I was more excited about the movie than my folks who had convinced me to watch it! None of this seemed significant at that point in time. But some years down the line (after Reiki returned to my life), the moving memories of Avatar and the star gazing childhood experience had me thinking deeper about their significance on my life’s path.
Having a hard time fitting in and longing for the company of people that vibrate on a similar frequency as you. Seeking depth and divinity in relationships.
Aversion to gossip, violence, pettiness, superficiality and anything of a lower frequency.
A deep reverence for nature, plants, animals and for the entire Planet.
Tremendous fascination for places of nature such as forests and mountains and a feeling of being ‘safe and at home’ while in such places.
A deep fascination for topics like astronomy, UFOs, life on other planets and a thirst to learn more about the secrets of the Universe.
A strong need to be at peace and to see peace everywhere in the world.
A natural inner connection with Higher Beings such as Angels, Archangels and Ascended Masters.
And of course, a deep desire to see the world transformed; a desire to be of service, to heal, to teach and to make the world a better place to live in.

Now how is all of this relevant to us as Reiki healers?

First of all, it is a real possibility that many in the Reiki community are Starseeds. Reiki is high vibrational energy of a universal nature that is assisting greatly with the Earth’s shift. One soul at a time, Reiki brings peace and harmony int the lives of people. Reiki is a gift to Earth that some spiritual teachers trace to the star system known as Pleaides. Irrespective of where Reiki has its roots, we all know the power of transformation that Reiki has. Reiki is also one of the easiest and gentlest ways for people to experience the energies of love and light. It is one of the easiest ways for the common man to get started with experiencing himself as an energy being. It is also a guiding light that shows us the path towards ascending to higher dimensions of energy. Just by being a Reiki channel and allowing this energy to flow through us, we bring love and light to the world. By offering Reiki to others or by attuning them to the energy, we help bring in more love and light.

If reading about Starseeds got you feeling excited, it is quite a possibility that you are a Starseed yourself! Often, just this awareness can help you drop several burdens that you may be carrying, as everything about your path becomes crystal clear. You won’t feel like a misfit anymore as you will not feel the need to compare yourself with others or to do things that you don’t feel called to do. Dropping judgement becomes easier. Life becomes more meaningful as you open up to your gifts and talents. And thanks to your shining inner star light, the planet glows a wee bit brighter with every passing day!
