Greetings and love is expressed to you from the Angelic Kingdom through my being, Archangel Metatron. I am currently and have been for some time overseeing the ascension of humanity and the Earth. It is my purpose to ensure that all the necessary energies that humanity and the Earth require to aid their illumination and enlightenment are anchored, aiding the appropriate shifts. I ensure the inner planes and the Earth exist in harmony as major shifts of awakening occur. It is balance that I focus upon as well as ensuring that all receive the necessary ascension energies and guidance they require.
My purpose is achieved by holding a vision of all beings upon the Earth existing as enlightened, remembering the truth of the Creator and acting from the source of the Creator within. I hold a vision of your ultimate enlightened self for your current reality and existence upon the Earth. With my vision, I also store an energy and light frequency which is the equivalent level and dimension of energy you will hold and embody as your enlightened self upon the Earth. In truth, I am a reflection of your infinite opportunities of experience and embodiment upon the Earth. It is my role to support you in recognising, remembering and realising your enlightened self.
You may call upon me in meditation: ‘Archangel Metatron, please be present with me now as a reflection of my enlightened self. Support me in remembering, realising and embodying my enlightened self, inner truth and Creator truth. Enthuse my entire being with the frequency of light that is equal to that which I hold as my enlightened self, awakening my awareness and senses to my enlightened self within. I am ready to experience and embody my infinite opportunities as my enlightened self upon the Earth. Archangel Metatron, please demonstrate to me my inner truth. Thank you.’
Your Enlightenment
Take a moment to contemplate what you believe or perceive your enlightenment process to be. What do you believe will happen when you become enlightened? How will you feel? What will you be able to do? How will other people regard you and how will you perceive yourself? Encourage yourself to imagine the process of enlightenment for you.
It is often when humanity perceives enlightenment they focus upon drama, glamour and the pinnacle experience. They have within their minds an idea of what they will feel like and be able to do when they have experienced enlightenment. Mostly this is connected to drama because they believe that it will be a drastic shift which could change their being and reality completely. They may also hold onto glamour as they will perceive that they and everyone around them will notice a difference, maybe converse with them differently or that people would know them as enlightened. We could say this is equivalent to celebrity status in the spiritual circles upon the Earth. They may also be holding a vision of what it is going to be like for them when they become enlightened; therefore they are constantly in a state of searching believing that they are not enlightened now. However, they will be in the future or tomorrow. Essentially, they are not existing in the present instead they are constantly looking to or trying to live in the future. It is because of these three illusions that I invited you to contemplate what you believe and perceive your enlightenment process to be. When we realise that even with the process of enlightenment that drama, glamour and not being in the present can be engaged with, then we begin to see through illusions accessing the truth of the enlightenment process of the Earth. It is appropriate to realise illusions and let them go.
The Key to Remembering You Are Already Enlightened
The truth is that you are already enlightened, you already have a pure connection with the Creator, are able to receive guidance, heal yourself and other as well as other beautiful skills and abilities. Everything that you seek is within you. I, Archangel Metatron know this to be true, so why do you seek enlightenment when you are already an enlightened being? Why do you not realise or remember you are enlightened? It is an interesting question to contemplate, in doing, so you begin to realise the key to unlocking your experience of your own enlightened self.
Allow yourself to sit in meditation, ask yourself, ‘Why do I seek enlightenment and why do I not realise or remember I am enlightened?’ Simply allow insights, realisations and understandings to dawn. You may need to repeat the question a few times in order to create a reaction and response within your being. Ensure that you ask yourself in the most loving way from a state of self-unconditional love. The answers you receive will reveal to you areas which require healing. For example, you may believe that you are not good enough, you do not trust yourself or the Creator, you have been taught that only special people communicate with the Creator or achieve enlightenment, that you need to work hard to achieve, you may feel rejected or abandoned, or maybe something else. There are numerous reasons, and each is a special key that if you transform, heal or shift, you will reveal your enlightened self viewing who you are as your truth. When a limiting belief, realisation or experience is discovered by you; please call upon my presence, Archangel Metatron. Invite me to bring forth the necessary healing to support the release of this limitation and your acceptance of your inner enlightened self. I will distribute the most appropriate frequencies of healing to support your transformation.
Recognising Your Enlightenment
It is important to realise that you are recognising, remembering and revealing your enlightened self and grounding it into your body and personality every day. It is for most a gradual and subtle process which can be recognised. However, it is often that people desire an instant dramatic shift into enlightenment, so they miss the signs that they are engaging with and embodying their enlightened self. Some indications that you are recognising and embodying your enlightened self are that you experience:
Love for yourself and others as well as emanating love wherever you are, whatever is occurring.
Inner peace and contentment for yourself, life, those around you, the Earth, the Creator, in truth everything, which is more present than not.
An expansion of your heart chakra, your willingness to accept, communicate and share with yourself and others.
A sense of gratitude for all that you are and all you have.
Love and appreciation for your body as well as communicating with your body and fulfilling its needs.
Inspiration, understanding, realisation or divine guidance, feeling stimulated to act on the information shared.
Pulsations or flow of energy moving through your body and aura at certain times.
New abilities, skills and talents, whether they appear miraculously or whether you are guided to train or study to gain the knowledge required.
A reduction in your negative, blaming, doubting, limiting, fearing and distracting thoughts and habits, or even the wish to declutter your mind and focus upon positive truth inspiring thoughts.
Trust in the universe of the Creator, the support of the Creator and your own power.
These are just a few examples; each person will experience and notice new beautiful shifts within their being, every person’s experience is unique. Even if you recognise that you are experiencing one of the examples I have shared, even if it is only for a few moments, it is an indication that you are already achieving, accessing or more truthfully remembering yourself as an enlightened being. The enlightenment you seek is already occurring/present within you now. When you recognise your experiences of enlightenment this offers you the confidence and trust you require to open yourself fully to the truth within you. It is important to realise that you are not waiting for your enlightenment to happen, it already is being reveal by you to you every day. A true experience of your enlightened self manifests when you let go of drama, glamour, the ego, negative or fear based habits, lac k, doubt and separation. Every moment you allow yourself to let go you reconnect yourself to your inner power and enthuse yourself with the truth of the Creator within.
In many ways, the quest for enlightenment is an illusion and yet remembering or familiarising yourself with your enlightened self is a journey of being in the present moment.

Dear Ones,
It may seem like a never ending effort to keep yourself in alignment with your highest soul’s reality. We assure you however that it is not the efforting that keeps you in alignment, it is the allowing. When you can relax your sense of effort, a new level of passion, joy and freedom can come through your alignment with All That Is.
Our message to you today is brought to you by the letter W. You may find yourself often in the presence of Worry, Wanting and Wishing. These are strong indications that you are out of alignment with your Source energy that flows abundantly as the River of All Creation
We are here to speak of the powerful W words: Wellbeing, Wholeness and Wonder. Those frequencies are matching the Highest Good within you in alignment with that which brings you Joy and Gratitude, Freedom and Happiness, in Harmony with what you most want to experience in life.
When Wellbeing becomes your only reality, it gives you a base point that is like coming Home to your truest self. The vibration of Wellbeing invites your body to relax, receive, and release resistance to any energy that is not in harmony with that most empowered frequency.
Wholeness is another high frequency W word. It is a state that you experience when you have integrated all the experiences that life has brought you, and accepted yourself as you are wherever you are. Wholeness is a frequency of expanding and allowing yourself to receive your true divine nature. Wholeness is acceptance of life as it is, knowing that you are grounded in the greater flow of Nourishment and Love, expanding to receive more of all that you require to live in the world, allowing yourself to be served by a power that never ends.
Another W word is Wonder. Wonder is a state of mind that allows you to see Beauty and experience the abundant creative flow of the Universe. It is an experience of the magical awakening presence active deep within your heart. Wonder is expansive, beautiful, and uplifts your spirit in joyous curiosity. There is an awareness and expectation that more of these gifts are available to you in your next step in life.
When you keep yourself in harmony with the exalted gifts of Wonder, Wholeness and Wellbeing, you will find yourself experiencing a new perception of your alignment with a Source that provides you with all that you need. From this place, your expansive radiance of these qualities of consciousness can uplift all humanity with its Light.
Let yourself experience these frequencies, gently without resistance. Once you anchor these energies in your body, they will then become your reality. You embrace the knowing that all is truly well, that you are loved and all your needs are met with Grace and Ease when you are willing to receive. And so it is.

We are standing at a gateway; tomorrow is the full moon in Leo, and it is the first eclipse of the year. There are powerful energies here and we are being asked to see our own power when dealing with them. The most important lines above are… “so that we can harness the natural magic that surrounds us” … “he helps to create pockets of energy in the world where we can access light, wisdom and insight”… “You can place ideas into this vortex to create what you are seeking” and “You have a real opportunity to further that connection now by sending prayers and intentions our into the cosmos.” Read these lines carefully. This is an amazing opportunity to put your creative manifestation powers to work. What are you creating with your thoughts, feelings, emotions and intentions?
Think of yourself as a great sorceress or sorcerer. Your magic spell is your thought, your special ingredient is your emotion, your magic wand is your focused intention. What will you place in your Stellar Gateway? What will you invite into your life? How can you harness all of your magical ability and create the miraculous life you are wishing to create?

Increasingly science agrees with the poetry of direct human experience: we are more than the atoms and molecules that make up our bodies, but beings of light as well. Biophotons are emitted by the human body, can be released through mental intention, and may modulate fundamental processes within cell-to-cell communication and DNA.
Nothing is more amazing than the highly improbable fact that we exist. We often ignore this fact, oblivious to the reality that instead of something there could be nothing at all, i.e. why is there a universe (poignantly aware of itself through us) and not some void completely unconscious of itself?
Consider that from light, air, water, basic minerals within the crust of the earth, and the at least 3 billion year old information contained within the nucleus of one diploid zygote cell, the human body is formed, and within that body a soul capable of at least trying to comprehend its bodily and spiritual origins.
Given the sheer insanity of our existential condition, and bodily incarnation as a whole, and considering that our earthly existence is partially formed from sunlight and requires the continual consumption of condensed sunlight in the form of food, it may not sound so farfetched that our body emits light.
Indeed, the human body emits biophotons, also known as ultraweak photon emissions (UPE), with a visibility 1,000 times lower than the sensitivity of our naked eye. While not visible to us, these particles of light (or waves, depending on how you are measuring them) are part of the visible electromagnetic spectrum (380-780 nm) and are detectable via sophisticated modern instrumentation.[1],[2]
The eye itself, which is continually exposed to ambient powerful photons that pass through various ocular tissues, emit spontaneous and visible light-induced ultraweak photon emissions.[3] It has even been hypothesized that visible light induces delayed bioluminescence within the exposed eye tissue, providing an explanation for the origin of the negative afterimage.[4]
These light emissions have also been correlated with cerebral energy metabolism and oxidative stress within the mammalian brain.[5] [6] And yet, biophoton emissions are not necessarily epiphenomenal. Bókkon’s hypothesis suggests that photons released from chemical processes within the brain produce biophysical pictures during visual imagery, and a recent study found that when subjects actively imagined light in a very dark environment their intention produced significant increases in ultraweak photo emissions.[7] This is consistent with an emerging view that biophotons are not solely cellular metabolic by-products, but rather, because biophoton intensity can be considerably higher inside cells than outside, it is possible for the mind to access this energy gradient to create intrinsic biophysical pictures during visual perception and imagery.[8]
Apparently biophotons are used by the cells of many living organisms to communicate, which facilitates energy/information transfer that is several orders of magnitude faster than chemical diffusion. According to a 2010 study, “Cell to cell communication by biophotons have been demonstrated in plants, bacteria, animal neutriophil granulocytes and kidney cells.”[9] Researchers were able to demonstrate that “…different spectral light stimulation (infrared, red, yellow, blue, green and white) at one end of the spinal sensory or motor nerve roots resulted in a significant increase in the biophotonic activity at the other end.” Researchers interpreted their finding to suggest that “…light stimulation can generate biophotons that conduct along the neural fibers, probably as neural communication signals.”
Even when we go down to the molecular level of our genome, DNA can be identified to be a source of biophoton emissions as well. One author proposes that DNA is so biophoton dependent that is has excimer laser-like properties, enabling it to exist in a stable state far from thermal equilibrium at threshold.[10]
Technically speaking a biophoton is an elementary particle or quantum of light of non-thermal origin in the visible and ultraviolet spectrum emitted from a biological system. They are generally believed to be produced as a result of energy metabolism within our cells, or more formally as a “…by-product of biochemical reactions in which excited molecules are produced from bioenergetic processes that involves active oxygen species,” [11]
Because the metabolism of the body changes in a circadian fashion, biophoton emissions also variate along the axis of diurnal time. [12] Research has mapped out distinct anatomical locations within the body where biophoton emissions are stronger and weaker, depending on the time of the day:
Generally, the fluctuation in photon counts over the body was lower in the morning than in the afternoon. The thorax-abdomen region emitted lowest and most constantly. The upper extremities and the head region emitted most and increasingly over the day. Spectral analysis of low, intermediate and high emission from the superior frontal part of the right leg, the forehead and the palms in the sensitivity range of the photomultiplier showed the major spontaneous emission at 470-570 nm. The central palm area of hand emission showed a larger contribution of the 420-470 nm range in the spectrum of spontaneous emission from the hand in autumn/winter. The spectrum of delayed luminescence from the hand showed major emission in the same range as spontaneous emission.
The researchers concluded that “The spectral data suggest that measurements might well provide quantitative data on the individual pattern of peroxidative and anti-oxidative processes in vivo.”
Research has found an oxidative stress-mediated difference in biophoton emission among mediators versus non-meditators. Those who meditate regularly tend to have lower ultra-weak photon emission (UPE, biophoton emission), which is believed to result from the lower level of free radical reactions occurring in their bodies. In one clinical study involving practitioners of transcendental meditation (TM) researchers found:
The lowest UPE intensities were observed in two subjects who regularly meditate. Spectral analysis of human UPE has suggested that ultra-weak emission is probably, at least in part, a reflection of free radical reactions in a living system. It has been documented that various physiologic and biochemical shifts follow the long-term practice of meditation and it is inferred that meditation may impact free radical activity.[13]
Interestingly, an herb well-known for its use in stress reduction (including inducing measurable declines in cortisol), and associated heightened oxidative stress, has been tested clinically in reducing the level of biophotons emitted in human subjects. Known as rhodiola, a study published in 2009 in the journal Phytotherapeutic Research found that those who took the herb for 1 week has a significant decrease in photon emission in comparison with the placebo group.[14]
Perhaps most extraordinary of all is the possibility that our bodily surface contains cells capable of efficiently trapping the energy and information from ultraviolet radiation. A study published in the Journal of Photochemistry and Photobiology in 1993, titled, “Artificial sunlight irradiation induces ultraweak photon emission in human skin fibroblasts,” discovered that when light from an artificial sunlight source was applied to fibroblasts from either normal subjects or with the condition xeroderma pigmentosum, characterized by deficient DNA repair mechanisms, it induced far higher emissions of ultraweak photons (10-20 times) in the xeroderma pigmentosum group. The researchers concluded from this experiment that “These data suggest that xeroderma pigmentosum cells tend to lose the capacity of efficient storage of ultraweak photons, indicating the existence of an efficient intracellular photon trapping system within human cells.“[15] More recent research has also identified measurable differences in biophoton emission between normal and melanoma cells.[16]

Melanin is capable of transforming ultraviolet light energy into heat in a process known as “ultrafast internal conversion”; more than 99.9% of the absorbed UV radiation is transformed from potentially genotoxic (DNA-damaging) ultraviolet light into harmless heat.
If melanin can convert light into heat, could it not also transform UV radiation into other biologically/metabolically useful forms of energy? This may not seem so farfetched when one considers that even gamma radiation, which is highly toxic to most forms of life, is a source of sustenance for certain types of fungi and bacteria. Gerald Pollack, PhD, who wrote The 4th Phase of Water has identified water molecules, which constitute 99% of the molecules in our body by number, as capable of storing the energy of sunlight like batteries and driving the majority of processes within our body as a primary, non-ATP-based source of energy. It appears that modern science is only now coming to recognize the ability of the human body to receive and emit energy and information directly from the light given off from the Sun. [17]
There is also a growing realization that the Sun and Moon affect biophoton emissions through gravitational influences. Recently, biophoton emissions from wheat seedlings in Germany and Brazil were found to be synchronized transcontinentally according to rhythms associated with the lunisolar tide.[18] In fact, the lunisolar tidal force, to which the Sun contributes 30 % and the Moon 60 % of the combined gravitational acceleration, has been found to regulate a number of features of plant growth upon Earth.[19]
Even human intention itself, the so-called ghost in the machine, may have an empirical basis in biophotons.
A recent commentary published in the journal Investigacion clinica titled “Evidence about the power of intention” addressed this connection:
Intention is defined as a directed thought to perform a determined action. Thoughts targeted to an end can affect inanimate objects and practically all living things from unicellular organisms to human beings. The emission of light particles (biophotons) seems to be the mechanism through which an intention produces its effects. All living organisms emit a constant current of photons as a mean to direct instantaneous nonlocal signals from one part of the body to another and to the outside world. Biophotons are stored in the intracellular DNA. When the organism is sick changes in biophotons emissions are produced. Direct intention manifests itself as an electric and magnetic energy producing an ordered flux of photons. Our intentions seem to operate as highly coherent frequencies capable of changing the molecular structure of matter. For the intention to be effective it is necessary to choose the appropriate time. In fact, living beings are mutually synchronized and to the earth and its constant changes of magnetic energy. It has been shown that the energy of thought can also alter the environment. Hypnosis, stigmata phenomena and the placebo effect can also be considered as types of intention, as instructions to the brain during a particular state of consciousness. Cases of spontaneous cures or of remote healing of extremely ill patients represent instances of an exceedingly great intention to control diseases menacing our lives. The intention to heal as well as the beliefs of the sick person on the efficacy of the healing influences promote his healing. In conclusion, studies on thought and consciousness are emerging as fundamental aspects and not as mere epiphenomena that are rapidly leading to a profound change in the paradigms of Biology and Medicine.
So there you have it. Science increasingly agrees with direct human experience: we are more than the atoms and molecules of which we are composed, but beings that emit, communicate with, and are formed from light.
