ARC Founder Jenny Yemaya has spent the past 16 years interacting and working with wild dolphins and whales in Bimini and around the world. She has travelled extensively to various vortex points and sacred sites, connecting the dots on the planetary grid and working with the energies. In 2008, Jenny Yemaya qualified as a Health Educator at Hippocrates Health Institute in South Florida and set up Raw Dolphins Retreats and iDetoxHolidays UK. Her passion is to offer a complete rejuvenation experience, teaching about the raw living foods lifestyle combined with the therapeutic effect the dolphins bring. She is also a trained masseur, Yoga Teacher and energy worker. Since first coming to Bimini in 1998, Yemaya has held a vision to create a center for healing and rejuvenation, the likes of which originated during the times of Atlantis. 1) What Journey are You on?

It started off as a quest to find out who I am and where I was from, as I had a belief in reincarnation that I wanted proof of. My outer and inner journey is so entwined and spans lifetimes that have proved to be parallel realities, yet in differing time frames. When I first came to Bimini back in 1998 I felt as if I had come home, the place seemed so familiar. I’d read about its Atlantean connections so needed to experience what this was about for me personally, as it struck such a chord. A few weeks after I arrived on the island I had a dream one night that I was back thousands of years in time, during Atlantis. I was standing in the middle of an ancient circle on the edge of a harbor peninsular in Miami. On the east point of the circle was a stone with an eye carved into it, all around me were ritual artifacts, shells, the skeleton of a dolphin and I was performing a sacred ceremony. I intuitively knew that the circle was on a direct east west alignment with the Bimini Atlantis site, 50 miles offshore, along ley lines. When I woke up from the dream I asked the people I was staying with who were from Miami if such a circle existed? They laughed at me, gave me funny looks and said no, they had never heard of it. They went back to Miami a few days later. When they returned to Bimini 3 weeks later the guy said to me “I don’t know how you do that funny stuff and I don’t want to know, but that circle you told us about was discovered last week in Miami”!! This was 1998, it has since been bought back off the developers who found the remains of the circle, along with all the artifacts I saw in my dream, under the foundations of a 1950′s apartment building that was up for redevelopment at Brickell Point in downtown Miami at the entrance to the Miami river. 16 years later it has been fully excavated and is deemed as Americas earliest known site. Everything I saw in my dream was there, the site being on a harbor peninsular, the stone with an eye, the artifacts, the east west alignment, yet I had dreamed it 3 weeks before they discovered it. This was the proof I needed personally that I had been a part of a sacred existence here during Atlantean times and that I had been called back to fulfill a mission in this lifetime. The next thing was to discover what that was!

2) What exactly is the Atlantis Rejuvenation Center?

The Atlantis Vortex is an area out in the midst of the ocean about 40 miles off shore from Bimini, part of the Bermuda Triangle, where the navigational equipment on the boat goes wild, spinning the compass back and forth randomly and the energy is palpable. After discovering my past life connection to Atlantis, I ventured out to the vortex to discover what I was here to do. We did a meditation at the epi-center of the vortex, it was like entering a wall of dense energy as the veils were lifted and I had a recollection of the destruction, what my role had been and what I was to accomplish this lifetime. I was given the name of The ARC (Atlantis Rejuvenation Center) and instructed to create a healing place for people to come and rejuvenate at, anchoring the light energy back onto the island of Bimini in the form of a previous healing temple that had existed back during the Atlantean times. Today The ARC is a retreat center, that accommodates groups and individuals of up to 20 people, with a combination of all that has improved my life, plant based nutrition & raw foods, yoga, swimming with wild playful dolphins, breathwork, meditation and connection with our like minded human pod. We run 6 day residential detox retreats throughout the year.

3) What is the significance of Atlantis?

Atlantis was a highly advanced civilization, it utilized ancient forms of healing, communication and living that we are only just recollecting today. Things got out of hand in Atlantis and the civilization divided into two fractions, one focused on the spiritual ideals and oneness for the whole to succeed. The other fraction was fueled by greed, corruption and a selfish race for power & wealth over one another. We are living in a parallel reality, with today’s society carrying out the same ingrained patterns. The significance is that this time around we have a collective memory of what we created and destroyed before, so we are at a choice point in our evolution, to this time make it right.

4) How is the experience of swimming with dolphins life changing?

It’s difficult to convey in words, as it is an experience. Swimming eye to eye, soul to soul, with another species, feeling their sonar resonating within you, spinning your cells with new energy and life force. It is a life changing moment, one that stays with you forever and keeps you coming back for more! People are visibly changed, you can see the bliss in them, like a child like wonder, that reinforces their life force. The boat is full of the biggest grins on the way in at sunset and often tears of pure joy.

5) How long have you been a raw vegan and what inspired this way of eating?

I came across eating raw foods by living on an island off Panama years ago, eating off the trees, coconuts, mangos, avocados, noni and noticed such an immense change in my health, mentally, physically and spiritually that I knew I was onto something. Subsequently I came across a book called “The Essene Gospel of Peace” that talked of a raw plant based diet being the original diet at the time of the Essenes and Jesus, something just clicked and I felt as if I had found not only my optimal diet, but my spiritual truth also.

6) What has been one of your greatest challenges over the years, either with the work that you do or in another area of your life, and how did you overcome it?

When I first came to Bimini I had an immense fear of water. I could not swim underwater and had never dared to go out of my depth. My desire to swim with dolphins was so strong that I knew I had to overcome it, but if someone had told me back then my life would become that of a mermaid I would never have believed them! I got offered a job working for another dolphin company and the owner taught me how to dive, the irony being that having thought I would go under and never come back up, in fact the trick was trying to stay under when I kept floating back to the surface! Since then and discovering the absolute beauty of the underwater world, I have realized that overcoming our greatest fears leads to our greatest joys in life.

7) What is your greatest hope for our planet at this time?

For humanity to awaken fully and recognize that we are all one and the same, interconnected in this conscious web of energy. To work towards a bright future, to honor all life forms, to respect one another and to infuse Love into all aspects of our existence 🙂 And so it is! Aho!

Part 1: Early Life and Pre-Hypnosis: Dolores Cannon was born in St. Louis, Missouri, USA in 1931 where she lived and grew up with her family until completing her academic studies in 1947. She married her husband Johnny in 1951, a career US Naval man with whom she spent the next 21 years travelling all over the world to accommodate his various overseas assignments. She raised her family as a typical navy wife throughout the 1950s and 1960s until 1968 when several major events ultimately changed the course of her life forever.
Part 2: First Exposure to Reincarnation: In the 1960s, Dolores and Johnny were using simple hypnosis for habits (stop smoking, lose weight, etc.). Dolores was first introduced to reincarnation in 1968 when she and her husband were asked by one of the doctors at the naval base he was stationed at in Texas to help one of his patients using hypnosis. The woman suffered from Nervous Eating disorder, was extremely obese, had high blood pressure and suffered from kidney problems. The doctor thought it would be extremely beneficial if hypnosis could be used to help the woman simply relax.Midway through the session, the woman unexpectedly began describing scenes from a past life where she was a flapper, living in Chicago in the roaring 1920s. Dolores and Johnny watched as the woman literally transformed into a different personality with different vocal patterns and body mannerisms. Despite being highly strange and completely inexplicable, they decided to go with the flow of the session and see what they could find out by exploring. Over the next several months, Dolores and Johnny regressed the woman through five different and distinct lifetimes back to when she was created by God. The entire story of this event is told in the first book Dolores ever wrote, Five Lives Remembered (2009).These sessions took place at a time when past life regression was a nearly unheard of concept. There was no New Age movement yet, Metaphysics was still decades away and there were simply no books, instructions to guide or resources she could use for a case like this. This, however, proved to be a blessing in disguise as it prompted Dolores and Johnny to write their own set of rules, develop their own technique without oversight from an established medical body and meant that they were not limited or confined in their approach in any way. As a result of not having anyone to tell her what to do, how to do it or what was or was not possible, they experimented with insatiable intrigue and enthusiasm.Later that same year, Johnny was almost killed by a drunk driver in a horrendous automobile accident on his way to the Naval Base. As a result of his injuries and being confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life as a partial amputee, Dolores and Johnny decided to relocate to the hills of Arkansas where they thought they would be able to afford living on a military pension with their four children. During this time, Dolores” explorations in hypnosis and reincarnation took a back seat as she was completely focused on her husband and raising her children.

Part 3: Practicing Hypnosis Full TimeOnce her children had grown and left home to start their own lives, Dolores decided to begin consistently practicing hypnosis again with clients in the late 1970”s. Although she lived in a small country town with a very small population, she was able to successfully attract a diverse range of clients due to her desire to take on any case, regardless of the circumstances.Her early work was heavily focused on reincarnation, which got her acquainted and comfortable with the concept of time travel. Many of her early clients described scenes from past lives where they had lived in past decades, past centuries and even past millennia in a variety of social settings in different locations all over the Earth. She would then spend weeks researching the characteristics of life in the locations and time periods her clients had described living in to verify the authenticity of the results she was recording. Dolores would ensure the food they ate, the clothing they wore, the language they spoke, the money they used, the job(s) they described, the social norms they abided by, the entertainment they enjoyed/participated in, the religious philosophies they believed in and the geographic scenery they described were all typical of what life would have been like in “that” particular time. It was through this vigorous verification process that Dolores ensured the authenticity of her results.Her early understandings of reincarnation seem rather simplistic compared to how far her work has evolved. However, in looking back at where she started and how she received the information, Dolores realized “they” were starting slowly to lay the foundation upon which she would understand, communicate and explain far more challenging and complex ideas and concepts she would be receiving in the future.Part 4: “The Subconscious” And Quantum Healing HypnosisHaving conducted sessions with thousands of clients, recording the same results time and time again and spending vast amounts of time and energy verifying the authenticity of her clients” past lives, Dolores was able to decisively conclude that her results were indeed genuine and that she had tapped into an incredibly powerful source of information. As she explored further, she gradually became aware that the information she was receiving about past lives, different periods in time and a variety of other topics were not actually coming from the conscious minds of the clients she was hypnotizing.Just as developing her technique of hypnosis came slowly and with great patience, so too did the answers to these questions. After many years of practice and investigation, Dolores eventually realized that the memories of past lives and the additional information she was receiving through clients was being supplied by a much larger, more powerful and more knowledgeable portion of her clients” selves, which their conscious minds were completely unaware existed.She decided to label it The Subconscious as it was a part of every person”s mind that absolutely exists, but lays just below the level of our conscious minds, observing. When contacted and communicated with, there is simply no question it cannot answer about an individual”s current life, or about any of their past lives. After developing and refining her technique over many years, replacing time-consuming and tedious induction methods with an approach that involves the use of voice, imagery and visualization, Dolores established her technique of Quantum Healing Hypnosis. This technique enables direct contact and communication with the Subconscious of any individual for answers to any questions and can also provide the basis for instant healing.Part 5: Jesus And The EssenesDue to the sparse but slowly growing interest in reincarnation in the 1970s and early 1980s as well as the unwillingness of established book publishers to embrace this emerging field, it took Dolores more than 9 years to get her first book published after almost a decade of research, writing and patience. She set up her own publishing company, Ozark Mountain Publishing, in 1992 which now publishes more than 50 authors on 4 continents. Dolores” books have been translated into more than twenty languages.As her understanding of reincarnation developed and her ability to take on more challenging concepts expanded, Dolores came across a female client who was an exceptional hypnosis subject. Dolores was able to take her back though 25 separate life times by jumping backwards in time in 100-year increments. Each personality the woman displayed in each life was distinctly different to the others and it was a truly remarkable way for Dolores to explore history and life in different time periods. She wrote two books based on the work with this client. The first book was A Soul Remembers Hiroshima (1993), which reports the life of a man who describes his experiences as a Japanese man in Hiroshima in 1945 when the atomic bomb was dropped on the city in World War II. This shocking account of the dropping of an atomic bomb from the perspective of a person who was there provides a chilling lesson into the horrific effects of war and nuclear weapons. The second book was Jesus and the Essenes (1992), which describe the life of a young man who was an Essene teacher of Jesus. Many truths about Jesus himself, his personality, his background, his life and the times he lives in are revealed in this fascinating account of a teacher who describes her personal relationship with Jesus in loving detail. Dolores also published They Walked With Jesus (1994) as a follow up to this book, which describes the past lives of two women who accompanied Jesus throughout different periods of his life, giving tremendous insight and detail into who he was as a person, his feelings towards those he met, his visits to homes and leper colonies, his healing methods, his political dealings and his crucifixion.Part 6: Dolores” Abilities ExpandThroughout the evolution of her career, a recurring theme is for Dolores to reach a “comfort zone” in understanding regarding a particular area. Then a new concept may be introduced to her by The Subconscious which often completely challenges her belief system and forces her to expand her way of thinking. An example of such an occurrence was when the Subconscious put forth the idea that time does not really exist as man identifies it. Every moment is NOW. The Past, Present and Future only exist in the NOW. We have been trained to view time as a linear progression of events based on the rotation of the Earth around the Sun. Using this rationale, we would have a completely different concept of time if we lived on another planet. What “time” would we use if we were travelling through space without orbiting the Sun Time is simply the perspective we adopt. This concept was first introduced in the Keepers of the Garden (1993), a book which explains the extra-terrestrial origins of mankind and describes a group called “The Council,” who have been with humanity from the very beginning. In the book, it is explained how mankind is the only species in history to invent a way of measuring something that does not exist. The expansion in thinking came with the acceptance that all things, events and lives exist simultaneously in the NOW. These concepts are elaborated on in significantly more depth in later books, particularly in the Convoluted Universe series. It has been stated by The Subconscious that mankind will never truly reach the stars until we release our deeply ingrained concept of time and recognize the universal reality that everything exists in the NOW.Another example of having to expand her belief system was when her interests directed her to investigate what happens in between one life and another. The findings of this quest were published in Between Death and Life (1993) and eloquently describe what happens at the point of death, where we go after a life, how we look back on and analyze our lives once they are complete and what the purpose of a life was.Part 7: Nostradamus Contacts DoloresIn the early 1980”s, Dolores came across a fascinating case where she regressed a woman who began describing a life where she was a student of French prophet Michel De Nostradame, more commonly known as Nostradamus. Nostradamus is famous for writing prophesies proclaiming events of great destruction and devastation throughout history. Indeed, his abilities were incredible, as he predicted the assassination of JFK, the attack of the “flying birds in the city of hollow mountains” (referring to the September 11th attacks) and the ensuing war in the Middle East, to name a few. Midway through the session as the woman was describing the life, her personality suddenly subsided and Nostradamus himself began speaking through her directly to Dolores. He told her that he wanted her to write a book (which turned out to be 3 books) to provide humanity with greater understanding and clarification of the true meanings of his quatrains (prophecies).Building on what was discussed in the previous section about the concept of time, it is important to note that one of the fascinating features of Dolores” dialogue with Nostradamus was that he spoke with her directly from his time as he lived in the 16th century. It was not his spirit communicating from the spirit side, but rather, Nostradamus himself communicating as he was living his life in France with Dolores as she lived her life in Arkansas. Nostradamus explained to Dolores that he would never lose contact with her and that he would come through to deliver messages regardless of who her clients were.He describes that as a result of the Inquisition, he was forced to disguise his messages so that they were not destroyed and they could be deciphered later in time. As a result of how the French language has evolved, modern-day interpreters have contributed to misrepresenting many of their true meanings. Nostradamus” intention was to correct these misinterpretations by dictating the true meanings of his visions to Dolores to publish for the world. He wished to warn us so that we understood we are the ones creating our future and that it was our choice to simply take a different path, thus averting the worst scenarios he foresaw. One of his most powerful and chilling messages was, “If I tell you the worst things that your minds are capable of creating, would you do anything to change it?” Nostradamus speaks in great details how our minds work to create the reality we experience. In recognizing this, it is easy to understand how the constant barrage by global media outlets with negative information regarding politics, education, finance, religion, war, disease, drugs, crime and the environment keep many people focused on (thus creating and experiencing) these scenarios in their lives.After several years of working with Nostradamus dictating the true, intended meanings of his messages; Dolores published 3 books in a series entitled Conversations With Nostradamus, detailing the precise meanings of 1000 quatrains and predictions directly from the prophet himself. Prophesies discussed include the creation of supercomputers, the rise of the internet, erratic weather patterns, Earth changes and the effects these changes will have on major countries and cities, war in the Middle East, world governments, politics, 2012, simultaneous time, the Anti-Christ, nuclear weapons, AIDS originating in monkeys and its deliberate spread by world governments, the British monarchy, the state of the world subsequent to The Shift. The Shift itself, the break-up of the Soviet Union into various independent states, the Pope, hidden information of great importance to mankind buried somewhere in the desert in The Middle East, the Columbia Space Shuttle disaster and visitations by Extra-Terrestrials races. Please visit the books section and read more about what you can expect to find in each individual volume of this series.Part 8: UFO”s, Extra-Terrestrials and Life On Other PlanetsThroughout the mid to late 1980s, Dolores work slowly began taking her in a completely new direction of exploration. She was introduced to the area of UFO and ET investigation in 1985 when she attended her first annual meeting for MUFON (Mutual UFO Network), one of the largest and most respected investigative UFO organizations in the world. One year later, Dolores” interests took her to the United Kingdom where she conducted on-site studies of suspected UFO landings and investigated numerous crop circles found in the English countryside. In 1987, at one of the annual MUFON meetings, she was asked to conduct a session with a woman who felt she was having abduction experiences but lacked the ability to remember anything in detail. Up until this point, Dolores” hypnosis technique automatically propelled her subjects backwards into a past life. She had to modify her approach to keep her from going into a past life to concentrate on current events. As a result of the interest in this woman and Dolores herself, over 30 observers were allowed to attend the session, which was far from a conducive environment for an “experiment.” Amazingly, both the diversion from her usual approach and the highly unusual environment the session was held in worked very effectively and produced some amazing results.Dolores learned that some people have had experiences with ET”s from early childhood and that often multi-generational relationships exist between Earth family lineages and ET races. The little greys have in fact been created as a type of biological robot by another race far more advanced than humanity. This explains why so many people report the little greys to be extremely cold, almost removed of any emotional expression. The races that created them are the much taller greys with very slim torsos, skinny limbs and large, black eyes. Throughout her adventure into ET and UFO exploration, Dolores came into contact with numerous ET entities that come through her subjects to deliver information and understanding. There truly is a wealth of life out there in the universe existing in all shapes, forms and sizes.Her book The Custodians (1998) signified a groundbreaking publication for Dolores after more than 20 years regressing clients with ET and UFO experiences. We learn that almost all so called abduction cases are actually mutual agreements made prior to incarnating for the purpose of helping one another. Just as we experience amnesia about who we are and where we are from prior to incarnating on Earth, so too do we experience amnesia regarding the contracts and agreements we made with others before coming here. The problem existing today is that the majority of humanity”s perspective on extra-terrestrials has been shaped and manipulated by mainstream media, religious belief systems and scientific dogmas. How few people are truly able to approach this area with an objective, unbiased stance. In recognizing this, it is understandable that so many people approach this subject with fear, dismissal or complete denial. The Custodians helps bridge the lack of understanding between:(a) Identifying that mysterious events and experiences are indeed happening to millions of people on every continent on the planet.
(b) Having those events and experiences dismissed, denied and ridiculed by the scientific, governmental and religious institutions so many people depend on for answers.

Other books which were published as a result of Dolores” explorations into the fields of UFO activity and Extra-Terrestrials include Legacy From The Stars (1996), which explores the vastness of our individual beings and our off planet origins, and the Legend Of Starcrash (1994), which describes a life where a woman is regressed back to a time when a spaceship crashed in the Alaska/Canada region thousands of years ago. It is the story of the origin of the Indian races in America.

Part 9: The Convoluted Universe

After more than 30 years of investigation and writing about concepts ranging from life and death, reincarnation, the origins of humanity, UFOs and extra-terrestrials, the prophesies of Nostradamus and a wide variety of other topics, Dolores began to realize that the information she was receiving was becoming too broad and diverse to categorize into one, or even several, specific areas. As she has had to adapt to change her entire career, she decided to publish her new work in a series entitled The Convoluted Universe. Dolores has currently published 4 volumes and states that these books are for those people who want their minds bent like a pretzel. Topics covered include the power of the human mind, what consciousness really is, the power of our thoughts and intentions, parallel universes, alternative realities, lost civilizations, ancient history, Earth mysteries (such as the Bermuda Triangle, Stonehenge and the Loch Ness Monster), details the experiences of people who were regressed to lives on other planets, beings who are made entirely of energy, how reality is merely a holograph, how we are fragments of multifaceted souls, lives in non-human bodies (as plants, animals and insects), how much help is being given to the Earth and humanity as we move through this period of transformation and maturity. Part 10: The 3 Waves of Volunteers

Throughout her career, Dolores identified a pattern in many of the clients she saw over the years. While many people reported past lives in all types of situations, societies and cultures on Earth throughout many different time periods, certain individuals who came to see Dolores described that the life they were currently living was the first and only life they have ever had on Earth. When asked where they were from, they simply say the “Source” and they express deep sadness they are here and how much they miss “home.” Further sessions with such individuals revealed that first time incarnates have actually volunteered to come to Earth at this specific time with the intention of helping humanity raise its vibration in the process of ascension. Some volunteers have never lived in a physical body before, others have lived as space beings in extra-terrestrial civilizations on other planets and others have come from other dimensions. As a result of the amnesia we all experience before entering the Earth dimension, they remember neither their assignment nor their origin. Thus, these beautiful souls have an extremely difficult time adjusting to our chaotic world and have a vital role to play as they help all of the rest of us create a New Earth.

In The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth (2011), Dolores describes the call that went out for volunteers to help the Earth as a result of the atomic bombs that were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. The first wave of volunteers that came were the “way showers” and certainly had the most challenging time as they plowed the route those who came after would follow. The second wave act as antennas of energy, their job is to simply exist and affect those around them. Third wave volunteers, many of the children with incredible talents, abilities and memories, are literally the gift to the world. They possess the knowledge and wisdom that will help humanity complete the transition and overcome the many obstacles that lie ahead.

The key to experiencing the magic and miracles in your life is the level of allowing and the focused clear vibration that you are offering your reality. Since manifestation is always taking place in the lives of humans, the key to remember is to observe where you place your focus and your vibrational attention.

This observation will clearly show exactly what has been the focus and what has been the emotional vibration that has been offered by anyone into their reality. Most focus on what they “do not” want to unfold in their lives and reality, rather than focusing on the delicious unfolding of dreams and goals. Same process, every human is creating their personal experiences and drawing to them what they hold in their vibrational field.

The mass conscious grid holds the patterns of fear, worry, stress, and powerlessness. It is the evolution of each human to recognize that this grid does not belong to them. This grid of limitation, of fear, of mistrust and powerlessness is part of the matrix of the planetary hologame, simply that.

Once the individual human recognizes this illusion, these programmed beliefs, they can certainly and consciously make a shift to create and allow a different result. Each human is a multidimensional starbeing with the incredible ability which molds and sculpts their very existence.

In this hologame on your planet, humans have been taught they are at the effect of events; they do not have the ability or the skills to shift their lot in life. They are taught to vibrate, hold the pattern and hold the thoughts/emotions of unworthiness, impotence, lack and fear. Human are rarely taught or made aware of their incredible authority, their omnipotence, their personal power to bring into reality and manifest their highest vision and dream.

This is changing, this is shifting, this is the evolution of the human spirit awakening. Everyone is experiencing this change and this shift in how the view their reality. One by one each human is claiming their mastery, claiming their authority and stepping into their personal sovereignty. They are recognizing the truth that they are responsible, they hold the power to make an incredible difference in what they experience in the day to day unfolding in their lives. Joy, gratitude and appreciation are the keys to this power. It is all vibrations.

Dear beings of the New Dawn, your very lives are special gifts that your souls chose to step into with curiosity, challenge, joy and excitement. You came into this world with the spark of inner passion and wonder so you could accomplish what you agreed to, expand your understanding of creation and to heal everything you can with the highest of energies and intentions.

This inner excitement about your life and what gifts you want to explore, develop and refine are with you now. You may know this inner drive as it subtly calls you to follow your heart and your inner knowingness about how you are to live your life. Go for it, it is your right, your co-creation, so it is time to step into this energy and bring forth your passion with great fervor and enthusiasm.

When you do this your energy expands; your consciousness expands into more parts of yourself that you never knew existed. Your life will increasingly get better on all levels of your body, mind and spirit. You will feel more energized, mentally clear and spiritually connected. This is your gift. Don’t deny yourself the chance to live in your infinite passion.

For those of you who may not feel your spark of inner passion, don’t fret, it is there. It just may have been doused by others’ opinions, thoughts, words or deeds along the way.

Your inner passion can be uncovered and recovered with great promptness and grace if you want it to emerge. Take time to be with your inner self and muse or meditate about your life. How were you raised, what belief systems were around you? How did you learn to be in the world as an individual and as a part of the greater whole? How did you learn to react, love, share emotions and create?

During this important process, take notes and journal about all of these observations of your life; the good, the bad and the neutral. Then write about what makes your heat sing, what makes you feel good, really good. What brings your inner spirit into full joy mode?

You may start to see a pattern, or a shape of what your spark of inner passion looks like. You may feel some things you never have before. Pay attention to all of the new feelings and thoughts that start to bubble up, for this is your inner passion emerging. Be patient and allow it to grow on its own. This is something that should not be forced, it is a natural part of your spirit, and will reveal itself to you.

Your inner spark of passion may come out as one overall theme, like helping people, or helping animals or the environment. It may come out as several things, like being creative through painting, writing and music.

There are so many combinations of how your inner passion will manifest. Be open to what is inspiring you. Allow the passion to be present, then follow the thread of energy and live your life with great excitement.

If you deny yourself this freedom to live from your spark of inner passion, you deny yourself the gift of fully loving yourself and your life. So, when you live your life from your spark of inner passion, you live in a state of fully loving yourself and your life.

Your spark of inner passion is energy, a consciousness that is connected to all that is. It may change focus throughout your life or it may remain constant in one way. Whatever the flow, it is vital that you connect with it so that you can live the most fulfilling, most joyful, most healthy, most loving and most grateful life you can. Be your inner spark of passion and be elevated to new heights in your evolution as a person and as an infinite soul in the universe.

Our experience in the dimensional universe is within an organized field of information as energy and frequency. We are Divine infinite consciousness expressing life through consciousness vehicles on Earth. All is consciousness that is organizing and oscillating along an infinite continuum. From within our participation of the lower frequencies that comprise energy as physical matter, we can understand consciousness in this dimension through frequencies of light and sound. These frequencies of consciousness are transduced from higher dimensions of subtle energy throughout an infinite continuum of the Divine.

Mind of Light and Body of Sound

The Light mind is our intuitive knowing mind that is beyond the thought process of the dualistic thinking mind. The thinking mind is a perpetual censor of experience in that it operates from the memory of what is known from the past. It utilizes the survival systems of the brain, and protects itself based on our conditioning of ideas, systems, and beliefs. In addition, it results in disharmony because its dualistic approach to knowledge causes perpetual doubt. This searching mind, conditioned by systems of past input, is never in the flow of the presence of now. Therefore, it cannot be creative.

The Light mind is a pure knowing mind that organizes and transmits information from the soul in spirit. It works in unity with the physical body for the Divine infinite consciousness to experience and express love and creativity on Earth. The Light mind oscillates throughout the electromagnetic spectrum in a harmonic of multi-frequencies, and emanates from the heart consciousness of our multidimensional incarnate being.

The harmonic knowing of the Light mind uses the low alpha and theta electromagnetic frequencies of brain waves ranging between 8Hz and 4Hz. At these frequencies, the heart is in coherence with the prefrontal cortex of the brain. For the incarnate human being, the heart is awareness and organizer for experiencing our multidimensional being and living Divine infinite consciousness through the physical body. We cannot begin to understand the Light mind without heart consciousness. The heart is foundational to all levels of the brain, the electromagnetic body, the body as crystalline matrix, the body as biophotons, the acoustical body, the nervous system, and endocrine system, DNA, and all of the chemical, molecular, and cellular systems of the body.

The heart is our transducer of the infinite consciousness of the soul in spirit. The heart is our organizing center for experiencing Divine consciousness which emanates at higher frequencies than the physical body vehicle. The all is one infinite, nonlocal, and dimensionless loving intelligence of perfect restful creative action. The heart consciousness is our experience point for expressing the Divine in the body.

Heart Consciousness Emanates the Light and Sound of Divine Infinite Consciousness through the Body

The heart is the center of the body that is a communication system. The body is the soul and spirit of infinite consciousness organizing and manifesting at particular frequencies to experience information in the dimensional universe. The human body is a transmitter and receiver of consciousness, information, and energy. In this article, we are putting forth the understanding that our body is a communication medium that is a unity of light and sound.

In order to understand our Divine consciousness on Earth as the embodiment of sound and light, we will first put our awareness on the whole body as a crystalline matrix. The crystalline nature of cellular consciousness forms the medium for the resonance and intercommunication of our being as a universal transmitter and receiver of consciousness, information, and energy. The in-depth complexity of our biological crystalline cellular system is beyond our current discussion. For further knowledge on the crystalline nature of the body, see the work of Mae Wan Ho on liquid crystallinity. The purpose here is to focus awareness on our overall cellular consciousness as a combination of piezoelectric crystals and liquid crystals. Our crystalline cells resonate, amplify, transmit, and receive electromagnetic and acoustical waves.

As we awaken and evolve to embody the fullness of Divine infinite consciousness in the physical, we open to the awareness of the body as an intelligent organized information field of consciousness and energy. There are many aspects to the awareness and the understanding of how this Divine wisdom of infinite complexity can be understood in a simple way that is our consciousness of love and creative intention. We are using many sciences and ways of seeing and feeling how the body consciousness functions. It is our intent that looking from several angles of the prism, we will integrate the information into a knowing and simplified awareness.

Heart consciousness is our opening to the intuitive knowing Light mind and the infinite continuum of Divine consciousness. It is the awakening to our true nature and the evolving embodiment of Divine infinite consciousness within the physical body on Earth. The intelligence of the heart is holographic and manifests within physical form through a torus field. We will see throughout the article that the harmonic resonance of the heart is interconnected with the Earth, Sun, galaxy, universe, and dimensionless spiritual realms. Now, we focus on the heart organization of the transceiving systems of the human body as vehicle for the soul and Divine consciousness.

The heart intelligence is electromagnetic, sonic, neural, and hormonal. The heart uses all these means of communication and carrier waves to receive and transmit information to the brain. The heart’s connectivity to the prefrontal cortex is the most vital relationship for our multidimensional Divine awareness. The research of the Institute of HeartMath, and the work of Joseph Chilton Pearce in his book, “The Biology of Transcendence: A Blueprint of the Human Spirit” provide excellent information on heart-brain coherence. The heart, in addition to its electromagnetic field, consists of a high percentage of neural cells and produces hormones. They are all part of the heart’s system of transducing infinite non-physical light into electromagnetic fields which are converted into electrochemical signals through the nerves and hormones.

The heart relays the infinite Light from within. Through its toroidal field, it emanates the strongest electromagnetic field of the body. The light aspect of consciousness from the heart communicates as electromagnetic radiation through the body’s crystalline cellular matrix. In its communication with the brain and entire body, it utilizes the nervous and endocrine systems. Later, we will see how the sound aspect of consciousness from the heart also utilizes neural and hormonal pathways.

Robert O. Becker, in his books, “The Body Electric: Electromagnetism and the Foundation of Life,” and “Cross Currents: The Perils of Electromagnetic Pollution, The Promise of Electromedicine,” theorizes the existence of a direct current (DC) perineural nervous system (See also Robert Lawlor, “Voices of the First Day: Awakening in the Aboriginal Dreamtime,” pp. 377-381). The perineural system, which differs from the digital alternating current (AC) of the autonomic nervous system, is communicated through the perineural cells which surround all nerve cells. The perineural cells are constructed like a crystalline lattice and transmit like semiconductors. They may tie into the pineal gland and the body’s crystalline cellular matrix. The DC perineural nervous system may be most resonant and coherent when it is being informed by a harmonic heart resonance. We will see how this coherent resonance emanates from an 8Hz frequency, and interconnects heart consciousness, the electromagnetic brain waves of the low alpha/theta interface, the Earth’s Schumann resonance, and the sound of the Sun. This harmonic may be part of the unity of light and sound.

When we shift our awareness to the harmonic low alpha brain wave frequency of 8Hz, we enable the brain and mind to be in coherence with the heart. Itzhak Bentov in his work on consciousness and through his book, “Stalking the Wild Pendulum: On the Mechanics of Consciousness,” develops an understanding of sound in the heart-brain resonance (See also Richard Gerber’s “Vibrational Medicine: The #1 Handbook of Subtle-Energy Therapies,” pp. 401-413”). In his view, in meditative awareness the electromagnetic frequencies of the heart synchronizes the heart’s beat with the pressure wave reflected back to the heart from the aortic bifurcation. This synchronous timing creates a standing wave that oscillates the brain against the cranium. This action results in a sound wave that moves through the neocortex. The acoustical waves are translated into electrical energy that causes stimulation of the brain’s nerve tissue. This action clears stresses of blocked energy in neural networks. This is one aspect of how meditation (8Hz heart-brain resonance) evolves the nervous system to higher functioning. This may result in an increased neural connection in the prefrontal cortex which enables the Light mind in unity with heart consciousness. Then, with focused heart consciousness sends electromagnetic (light), sonic, and hormonal signals to the pineal gland which in turn produces hormones that enhance the receiving/transmitting of consciousness from multidimensions.

Sound is the feeling dimension of consciousness. The audible range of human hearing is between 16Hz and 25,000Hz. Sound below 16Hz is infrasound or extremely low frequency sound (ELFS), and sound above 25,000Hz is ultrasound. The entire spectrum of sound frequency, both audible and inaudible is known by consciousness. Audible frequencies may assist consciousness to remember, entrain, access, and generate frequencies of heart consciousness and the pure resonance of Divine awareness. In fact, the direct sound of our nervous system can be heard as a high pitch when placing attention on the head. John Beaulieu, in his book, “Human Tuning: Sound Healing with Tuning Forks,” describes how he heard the sound of his nervous system change to match the frequency of struck tuning forks, and that the cells release nitric oxide when the body is touched with an Otto 128Hz C tuning fork.

The 128Hz in C is harmonic in octaves from 8Hz (heart-brain coherence)—8Hz, 16Hz, 32Hz, 64Hz, 128Hz, 256Hz, and 512Hz. An element in the work of Ananda Bosman relates music tuning at A=432Hz to the production of pineal gland hormones. 432Hz in A is harmonic to the heart-brain coherence of 8Hz in C. The 8Hz frequency is most likely part of a complex overtone harmonic. The single tone produces partials of the fundamental single tone. Partials above the fundamental are called “overtones.” These partials infinitely extend into the inaudible range in both the low and high frequency directions.

Jonathan Goldman, in “Healing Sounds: The Power of Harmonics,” provides knowledge of vocal harmonics or overtone chanting, and examines the capacity of sound to affect consciousness. The relationship of sound and consciousness is primarily through the infinite complexity of multi-frequency overtones and not specifically from a single tone. The very close high frequency audible sounds of multiple Peruvian whistling vessels played at once may also relate to the complex overtone aspect of consciousness transduced and emanating as sound waves.

While the 8Hz heart-brain resonance is a guide and window or gateway into the understanding and wisdom, infinite consciousness cannot be reduced to a number or frequency as concept. Intent as consciousness draws us into the system of the Light mind in heart consciousness and beyond to pure spirit. The pure frequency resonance of Divine infinite consciousness is spirit, soul, and body in a multidimensional, multi-frequency harmonic. It cannot be reduced to only one frequency measured through physical instruments in Hertz.

Knowing and Feeling as Light and Sound

Light as information in electromagnetic waves is the knowing mode of communicating consciousness in the body. The mind in unity with the body receives and transmits knowing, wisdom, and being of the soul in spirit. The mind mediates information from the soul and spirit, and transmits that information through the coordination of the heart in resonance with the brain by using electromagnetic frequencies.

Sound as information is the feeling mode of consciousness through the body. Feeling is also another form of knowing. In addition to the external physical sensation and sound of our body in time and space, we feel as sound from the interior of our body. The inner sensation of feeling, which is described by Eugene Gendlin as the felt-sense, is sound frequency that can be audible, but is mainly in the inaudible range. This feeling mode of consciousness as sound frequency can provide us a holistic sensation of knowing a situation, event, or experience. Here, we can experience how knowing can be either light or sound. Ultimately, light and sound unite as one in the knowing, wisdom, and being within our incarnate form.

Beyond Thinking and Emotion to the Pure Harmonic of Sound and Light

For humanity on Earth, consciousness through the body has been conditioned in a fear-based consciousness and culture of conflict, control, and separation for thousands of years. As a result of the inharmonic conditioning, the Divine infinite consciousness as soul does not experience its true multidimensional being in incarnate form on Earth. In order to awaken to our true Divine consciousness embodied in physical form, we need a whole new operating system of mind and its frequencies through the body.

The transforming and evolving mind is to the Light mind and Divine feeling of the pure harmonic of sound and light. The current thinking mind and its emotional system is the fear-based consciousness. It comes into being through our early conditioning to the culture on Earth. It arises because the soul as infinite Divine Being is not affirmed in its love and creativity. In conforming to a defensive posture of survival, the thinking and emotional system is activated as a compensation. All thinking and emotion is reactive. Therefore, it is out of tune. It is not in the present moment of the harmonic flow of life which is always in the creative now. The thinking and emotional system is a perpetual censoring device that is operating from past memory. It manifests an entirely false identity that is not the true self of Divine infinite consciousness.

Thinking and emotion is an incoherent harmonic that signals that we are out of balance. The thinking mind and the emotional system ensued from the conditioning of a fear-based survival consciousness that operates through the hindbrain or brain stem. This level of consciousness, in conjunction with our experience in a trauma based human culture, conditions a false identity. A whole range of non-affirming actions and traumatic experience conditions a false self of thinking, limiting beliefs, and negative emotional encodings.

At the core of the fear-based system is the fight, flight, and freeze responses. The difficulty with the activation of these survival systems is that they condition consciousness by looping the mind and addicting the biochemical system to negative emotions. As human consciousness transforms, evolves, and ascends to the embodiment of the Divine infinite consciousness in the physical, the human being will be able to respond to all situations without the need for the very dense frequency signaling system of thought and emotion. The infinite nonlocal consciousness does not require such a narrow warning system in order for the human being to take action.

The entire thinking and emotional system is an inharmonic and incoherent friction that inhibits flow and the unity of synchronous pulsation. This lower mind and brain system restricts consciousness to a very narrow band of a conditioned material identity. It veils us from our true multidimensional self. In the true human being, the heart center organizes the flow of information to and from the prefrontal cortex. The prefrontal cortex develops a strong network with the hormonal systems of the limbic brain—thalamus, hypothalamus, pituitary, etc. The limbic brain then communicates a sonic feeling message to the entire cellular physical body. This forms the heart-prefrontal-limbic-body circuit. It is the basis of the knowing Light mind and Divine feeling body.

Within the first year life, the prefrontals create a large neural network for the communications network with heart and limbic system. However, as it becomes apparent throughout the second year of life that current culture is non-affirming to heart consciousness, these neural connections are pruned (See Joseph Chilton Pearce, “The Biology of Transcendence: A Blueprint of the Human Spirit,” pp. 144-146). Because of this negative infiltration into humanity, the survival system began to take prominence through the hindbrain/reptilian brain. The hindbrain then forms strong neural networks with the limbic system to activate the fight, flight, freeze system and the whole reactionary thinking and emotional mind. It is through this system that limiting beliefs and negative emotions condition the receptor sites of the body’s cellular structure to be conditioned to the fear-based consciousness and biochemistry (See also work of Dr. Joe Dispenza).

In our journey of transformation, we are awakening the heart and shifting the brain’s electromagnetic activity to the prefrontal cortex. This re-establishes the prefrontal limbic and feeling body connection. Through heart-centered meditative awareness we emanate an 8Hz heart and 8Hz to 4Hz low alpha/theta brainwave. It is the development of this communications circuit that shifts human consciousness beyond the reptilian brain system of fight, flight, and freeze response and the reactive thinking and emotional system. We also find that the shift from the hindbrain to the prefrontals reduces an overactive activity of the parietal lobes (See Arjuna Ardagh, “Awakening Into Oneness: The Power of Blessing in the Evolution of Consciousness,” pp. 60-61). This part of the neocortex orients awareness in time and space, but when it is more active than necessary for the body’s functioning, it reinforces the separateness of the false self and egoic thinking mind.

The Relationship of Sound and the Electromagnetic Spectrum

The ways we express the soul with the heart, brain, and body as a vehicle of consciousness determines how the light, information, and energy of consciousness is manifesting as electromagnetic and sound waves within the dimensional experience of consciousness. We have discussed how the electromagnetic spectrum (light) is a knowing mode of consciousness, and how sound frequency is the feeling mode of consciousness. Both electromagnetic and sound frequencies are manifested from higher dimensional energy organizing at the physical frequencies of consciousness. While we are yet to understand the precise relationship between light and sound, it is clear that they form an integral harmonic. Ultimately, light and sound are one in consciousness.

In the physical realm, it can be debated whether sound frequencies create light, or whether light precedes sound. For example, sound is known to affect the light producing properties of the pineal gland, as well as the capability of transforming light energy into sound. This occurs through the heart to Light mind connection.

Sound may also be a carrier wave for the electromagnetic frequencies of intent. Regardless of the exact means of interaction, there seems to be a bi-directional relationship where coherent light can affect harmonic sound in the body, and harmonic sound can affect the resonance of coherent electromagnetic frequencies.

Light and Sound are One in Divine Infinite Consciousness

In the being and emanation of Divine infinite consciousness, light and sound are one. Knowing and feeling are in unity. The two unique modes of physical light and sound waves as experience through an incarnate body are one singular knowing. The oneness of intuitive insight and feeling is our true being of love and creativity. As we continue to ascend in consciousness and embody the Divine consciousness in the physical, we are awakening and evolving to the experience of sound and light as one.

The true human being is infinite Divine consciousness, information, and energy that is the oneness of the pure light transduced into electromagnetic frequencies in unity with its feeling frequencies of sound. Within incarnate form, this is experienced and expressed through heart consciousness. Within the dimensionless spiritual realms where the non-physical Light is beyond the electromagnetic spectrum, light has its own intrinsic feeling without sound. In the incarnate dimensional universe, there is the beauty and gift of sound as a particular quality of experiencing light as feeling.

As we express the freedom of consciousness within the interior of the heart, the harmonic energy moves toward the exterior in an infinite expansion. The harmonic pulse of the inner-outer movement is the soul’s expansion through the physical body while in the physical matter dimension of the universe. The awakening to a perfect synchronization of the expansion and contraction pulsation without restriction is part of the Divine infinite consciousness through a Divine body.

The cellular consciousness of this body will be fully crystalline in nature as it transmits and receives the Divine energy through the Light mind within the heart. At these levels of oscillating light that is transduced from the non-physical light of higher frequencies of consciousness, the crystalline body will exhibit its full bioelectric, magnetic, and acoustical potential. Thus, the pure harmony of the electromagnetic and sonic energy is the experience of the infinite love and creative expression of the Divine soul incarnate.
