In many spiritual and healing disciplines, and in the world of complementary medicine the words Chakra pops up quite a bit. That’s fine if you know it they meana; not so great, and I must say pretty confusing, if you don’t. Here’s our simple summary of the 7 Chakras that covers what a Chakra is, and what the Chakra System is all about?
The 7 Chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through.
The word ‘chakra’ is derived from the sanskrit word meaning ‘wheel’. Literally translated from the Hindi it means ‘Wheel of spinning Energy’. A chakra is like a whirling, vortex like, powerhouse of energy. Within our bodies you have seven of these major energy centres and many more minor ones.
You can think of chakras as invisible, rechargeable batteries.
They are charged and recharged through contact with the stream of cosmic energy in the atmosphere in much the same way that your home is connected to a central power source within a city – the only difference is that this cosmic energy source is free.
Imagine this, a vertical power current rather like a fluorescent tube that runs up and down the spine, from the top of the head to the base of the spine. Think of this as your main source of energy. The seven major chakras are in the centre of the body and are aligned with this vertical “power line. ”
Chakras connect your spiritual bodies to your physical one.
They regulate the flow of energy throughout the electrical network (meridians) that runs through the physical body. The body’s electrical system resembles the wiring in a house. It allows electrical current to be sent to every part, and is ready for use when needed.
Sometimes chakras become blocked because of stress, emotional or physical problems. If the body’s ‘energy system’ can not flow freely it is likely that problems will occur. The consequence of irregular energy flow may result in physical illness and discomfort or a sense of being mentally and emotionally out of balance.

Chakra 7 – The Crown
It’s colour is violet and is located at the top of your head. It is associate with the cerebral cortex, central nervous system and the pituitary gland It is concerned with information, understanding, acceptance and bliss. It is said to be your own place of connection to God, the Chakra of Divine purpose and personal destiny. Blockage can manifest as psychological problems
Chakra 6 – The Third Eye (or Brow Chakra)
It’s colour is Indigo (a combination of red and blue). It is located at the centre of your forehead at eye level or slightly above. This Chakra is used to question the spiritual nature of our life. It is the Chakra of question, perception and knowing. It is concerned with inner vision, intuition and wisdom. Your dreams for this life and recollections of other lifetimes are held in this Chakra. Blockage may manifest as problems like lack of foresight, mental rigidity, ‘selective’ memory and depression.
Chakra 5. The Throat
It’s colour is blue or turquoise and is located within the throat. It is the Chakra of communication, creativity, self-expression and judgement. It is associated with your Neck, shoulders, arms, hands, thyroid and parathyroid glands. It is concerned with the senses of inner and outer hearing, the synthesising of ideas, healing, transformation and purification. Blockage can show up as creative blocks, dishonesty or general problems in communicating ones needs to others.
Chakra 4 – The Heart
It’s colour is green and it is located within your heart. It is the centre of love, compassion, harmony and peace. The Asians say that this is the house of the soul. This Chakra is Associate with your lungs, heart, arms hands and thymus gland. We fall in love through our heart Chakra, then that feeling of unconditional love moves to the emotional centre commonly known as the solar plexus. After that it moves into the sexual centre or Base Chakra where strong feelings of attraction can be released. When these energies move into the Base Chakra we may have the desire to marry and settle down. Blockage can show itself as immune system , lung and heart problems, or manifest as inhumanity, lack of compassion or unprincipled behaviour.
It’s colour is yellow and is located a few inches above the navel in the solar plexus area. This chakra is concerned with your digestive system, muscles, pancreas and adrenals. It is the seat of your emotional life. Feelings of personal power, laughter, joy and anger are associated with this centre. Your sensitivity, ambition and ability to achieve are stored here. Blockage may manifest as anger, frustration, lack of direction or a sense of victimisation.
Chakra 2 – The Sacral (or Navel Chakra)
It’s colour is orange and it is located between the base of your spine and your navel. It is associated with your lower abdomen, kidneys, bladder, circulatory system and your reproductive organs and glands. It is concerned with emotion. This chakra represents desire, pleasure, sexuality, procreation and creativity. Blockage may manifests as emotional problems, compulsive or obsessive behaviour and sexual guilt.
Chakra 1 – The Base (or Root Chakra)
It’s colour is red and it is located at the perineum, base of your spine. It is the Chakra closest to the earth. It’s function is concerned with earthly grounding and physical survival. This Chakra is associated with your legs, feet, bones, large intestine and adrenal glands. It controls your fight or flight response. Blockage may manifest as paranoia, fear, procrastination and defensiveness.

Astounding Elements: Food with a High Vibration which Results in a Higher Consciousness
Graham: Not everyone has ready access to the food sources the author references and diets are varied, but the benefits listed here for being in a high vibrational state are many, including staying disease free.
As one goes through life, eating out of necessity becomes a routine. This routine – depending on where you live – is called; breakfast, lunch and dinner.
If the habit of eating includes foods that are not good for you, then one lowers their vibration thus making themselves vulnerable to sickness and disease. This is the danger of unconscious eating.
Everything in the universe has a vibration; this includes rocks, trees, plants, minerals, animals, people and so on. These are all measurable in hertz. Hertz, is named after the scientist Heinrich Rudolf Hertz; he was the first physicist to produce radio waves artificially.
He proved the existence of electromagnetic waves; and determined that one hertz is equal to one cycle per second. Remember, everything in the universe is energy; there are no exceptions, for example; a rock may have a low dense vibration, but an apple has a much higher vibration.
Eating nutritiously is important, but what seems to be ignored – by the consumer, the distributor, the medical community, the educational institutions, the government and the seller – is the value of foods high in vibration.
When eating fresh fruits and vegetables off the plant, tree or vine, the vibrational benefit of the food is maximized. Food shipped long distances lose their vibrational value, as they are picked long before they ripen before they arrive in your kitchen; meaning they did not get the sun required to maximize the vibrational quality of it.
It’s important to eat organic and local food as much as possible, because the energy in the food is of a high vibration and thus will help keep the body light rather than dense. Furthermore it will reduce the carbon footprint since local food does not require long distance shipping.
A dense body is undesirably and unconsciously achieved in most modern high stress, rat race, and cosmopolitan cities. Here the food choices available are not very high in water or vibration, are filled with sodium content, often bottled, canned or frozen, and are thus simply not good for you. The food choices offered on the majority of city corners are almost exclusively of a low density vibration.
When one eats organic food directly from the plant, the plant is rich in nutrients from the sun. The sun is the key to everything, as it charges these foods to reach their maximum health benefit. These foods are at their optimum when picked ripe right off their tree or plant.
Most fast food restaurants, large grocery food chains, even middle of the line eateries offer food that is of a very low vibrational quality, thus adding to the density of the body. Adding to the density lowers the hertz in the body and thus can result in sickness, obesity, stress, health issues and eventually death.
A healthy human body operates at 62 to 72 hertz. By raising the vibration of the body disease, virus, fungi and bacteria cannot live; the emotions become pleasant and positive and negative thoughts and emotions do not appear in the thought pattern. Modern society is laced with low density
temptations for the palette.
Foods to avoid which have little to no vibrational value; any processed foods, white flour, processed sugar, canned foods, pop, frozen foods and especially fast foods because they contain most if not all of the above items.
Other items to avoid with either no or little vibrational value; cigarettes, hard liquor, pasteurized cow milk, infant formulas, pharmaceutical drugs, radiation of any kind (x-ray for example), pasteurized yogurt and cheese, and most meats, such as; beef, chicken, lamb and pork, microwaved food, genetically modified food, any artificial sweeteners, margarine and lards, and any foods containing additives.
Foods high in vibration are; fresh organic fruits and vegetables, pure clean water, sea vegetation and raw honey. Other foods that have good vibrational value; maple syrup, cooked vegetables (blanch them to retain optimum vibration), raw nuts and seeds, raw organic dairy products (not pasteurized), free range eggs, wild fish, raw oils, such as; cold pressed extra virgin olive oil among others.
People have been told for decades, if not centuries, that they require three meals a day, when in fact it does not hurt to skip meals at all; because generally speaking the less food one eats in a lifetime, the longer one lives.
When one does eat, do so consciously and in moderation with foods that keep the body more alkaline, as the more acid in the body, the more problems can occur; resulting in a dense vibration and the possibility of problems more likely.
One other item of note and importance, give thanks and bless your food before eating and even while preparing and cooking it; therefore it’s a good idea to make your kitchen space a special, almost sacred place; because when one practices this, it will lift the vibration of the food.
When eating; it’s also important to create an ambiance of peacefulness. Light some beeswax candles, put on quiet music, do not argue at the dinner table, eat food slowly and chew well, and give thanks for the bounty; this will enable proper digestion of the food.
To find high vibrational foods, steer clear of the large supermarkets, or department stores offering supermarkets in them, as their aisles are primarily loaded with items for fast convenience and low vibrations.
However, some supermarkets may be making adjustments, just be vigilant to seek them out, because the vast majority only have an interest in the status quo. As an alternative, locate fresh produce stores and buy local and organic when possible.
Although harder to find and locate – depending on the city one lives in – health stores also have many products, which are mainly organic. It’s also very important to grow your own produce during the growing season, to optimize the nutritional and spiritual value of the food.
The results will most likely aid one in turning their life around. Practice the art of patience and intent regarding this new approach to food; and it will result in tremendous spiritual, mental and physical gains to lead a better, more divinely driven existence.
The choice is clear, stay away from; fast foods, heavy meats, processed food, large amounts of sodium and sugar in the diet; and head towards a leaner, higher vibrational diet . The results will be a lighter, less dense body; higher consciousness levels, a direct feed of intuition from one’s higher self, and living your life’s purpose.

Recognizing Your Value: A Matter of Significance

“It can be easy sometimes to buy into the illusion of our own insignificance. We may see large corporations or institutions, celebrities or successful people in our community, and compare ourselves to them, thinking that their fame or material power affirm how little our own lives amount to. But nothing could be further from the truth. Every single one of us matters tremendously. Our very existence affects countless people in countless ways. And because we are each essentially a microcosm of the larger universe, our internal experiences affect the whole of life more than we could ever imagine. The world simply could not exist as it does now if you, or any one of us, were not in it.
Perhaps you are aware that on some level you believe your life does not matter. If this thought resonates within you, maybe it is time to explore why you feel this way. You may have formed self-rejecting or belittling beliefs as a child to keep yourself safe or to help you make sense of confusing situations. You may have felt unseen or unheard and decided that there was something wrong with you, rather than with the attention span of the people around you. Spend some time looking into where these feelings of insignificance first took root, and see what changes you might be able to make in your life and in your heart.
This one belief in your own unimportance could be limiting you and impacting your life in enormous ways. When you shift your perceptions around your own ability to affect your life and impact the world, you may discover wonderful parts of yourself that you had long ago forgotten. There may even be exciting new parts that you never even knew existed. When you gain awareness of how much your life really does matter, new sources of energy can emerge and your sense of connection with the world is renewed.”

The Violet Flame Speaks by the Violet Flame Consciousness

I am the consciousness, light and vibration of the Violet Flame, anchored from the higher realms of the Creator’s universe into all dimensions as a representative of the purification energy of the Creator. I am a source of light, an aspect of the Creator focused upon transmuting and transforming energies into a truthful alignment and acceptance of the Creator. Let me be as one with you, as we work together to dissolve illusion. In order for transmutation and transformation to take place one is required to be willing to let go of illusion especially within the mind and personal creation manifestation. While the energy, sensations, feelings, vibrations and consciousness transforms within your being it is the mind and mental body working with the spiritual body and soul which brings forth manifestation and experience of transformation. My purpose as the Violet Flame is to work with your thought forms, your patterns and habits of creation, projections and manifestations as well as erasing all mental stress caused by confusion and illusion. I work closely with the physical body dissolving the presence of disharmony which is a co-creation of the mental, emotional and even spiritual bodies, thus I work with your manifestation and projection ability, aligning your manifestations to the Creator and the truth of your soul.
It is time to take responsibility for your physical reality; you are the key and core creator of your physical body and physical reality. Everything you are experiencing now is your choosing or more truthfully is evidence of your choosing in the past as closely as yesterday, last week and last month. With acceptance of the responsibility of your own ability to create and the evidence of your creation even down to the clothes resting upon your body you allow yourself to move into a deeper recognition of co-creation with the Creator. With acceptance you can allow my energies to more deeply permeate your entire being as you allow my energies to co-create purification with your being. You are always co-creating every aspect of your reality with the Creator eternally. The key is to co-create consciously and aligned to the purpose of your soul and the Creator. In order for aligned and meaningful or fulfilling co-creation with the Creator there is a need to purify your being and erase the illusions you hold onto in order to make space within your being and reality, for the divine flow of the Creator which is rightfully yours. My consciousness as the Violet Flame is seen as the beginning of the divine flow of the Creator, you could say I pave the way for conscious experience of the divine flow of the Creator. When Saint Germain gifted my consciousness, energy and presence to all, Saint Germain did gift healing and purification, although these are the results my presence, the main gift was to allow the acceptance of the divine flow of the Creator.
When you recognise the divine flow of the Creator you are realising your connectivity to all aspects of the Creator, your equality with all aspects of the Creator as well as your divine right and ability to receive and express the Creator. Welcoming and accepting the divine flow of the Creator is to acknowledge a reality living your truth as you permit yourself to eternally consciously with understanding and knowingness recognise the Creator eternally, within you, around you and working through you.
I, the Violet Flame, act as the tool for awakening and permitting this awareness which is your natural awareness to be restored. Healing and purification are the results of my presence and co-creation with you and yet my true purpose is to open your energy thus dissolving all that stands in your way of recognising the Creator within you.
Your greatest limitation is your perceptive especially if you are unwilling to honour the natural need for your perceptive to alter and expand. Your greatest freedom is your ability to access and process consciousness, the consciousness of the Creator to be exact, thus opening yourself to limitless possibilities, opportunities, understanding and creations. I am present with you and available to you to erase and purify all aspects of your perspective which limits your ability to connect into and express the consciousness, wisdom and intuition of the Creator. Let me be of service to you, enhancing your strength of your spiritual being by connecting you on a deeper level with your intuition. When all illusions within your perspective are erased and their impact or patterning upon your physical body and reality then you will give space for your intuition, the divine flow of the Creator an d the truth of your being, which equal the same.
‘I now co-creating healing and purification for my entire being with the Violet Flame of transmutation and transformation. I recognise my request as a symbol of my intention to dissolve all forms of illusion, limiting perspectives, unhelpful attachments to unneeded energies and all resistance to recognition of the divine flow of the Creator. I recognise myself as being available to co-create beauty, love and abundance with the Creator. I recognise myself as being available to connect with and express eternally the sacred consciousness of the Creator in my every present moment. Violet Flame I work as one with you now, recognising you as an aspect of the Creator, I also call to work with me the love of the Angelic Kingdom to bring love, peace, ease and comfort to the transmutation and transformation occurring within my being, perceptive and reality now. Always in gratitude .’
Imagine your soul as a flame igniting from within your heart space, covering and embracing your entire being. Then imagine yourself surrounded by my energies, the Violet Flame. Let your soul energy and the source of all that I am simultaneously exist. Imagine two flames surrounding you and moving through your entire being co-creating as one. I am working with you on all levels of your being. Know the Angelic Beings of Love surround you sending their loving vibrations into your entire being creating a trinity. We all represent to same, the truth, love and expression of the Creator in manifestation. In this space illusion is dissolved and new expansive consciousness is accessed thus healing and purification is noticed.
You can also call upon my energies, the Violet Flame accompanied by the Angelic vibration of love to dissolve all unneeded and unaligned projections within your current manifestation patterns.
‘Violet Flame I allow my thoughts, perspective, patterns and projections of manifestation and creation within my reality to be available to you for transformation, manifesting my natural ability of creation, projection and experience in complete alignment with the Creator. Always in gratitude.’
You may also wish to use this invocation:
‘Violet Flame, please come to me when I am confused or distracted by illusion, make me aware of your presence and let us together co-create my realised alignment with and as the Creator, thus bringing clarity and knowingness to my being and perspective. Always in gratitude.’
I encourage you to call upon my energies, the Violet Flame and allow my vibration to fill and surround you accompanied by Angelic love which supports smooth and easy shifts of transformation within your being. While I surround you and move through you, say the affirmation:
‘I am available to accept and express the sacred consciousness of the Creator.’
This will alter and shift you on so many levels of your being as I dissolve all that is a resistance to the affirmation and your intention, this will be a process of co- creation.
Similar to your own energy and truth I also have more expansive aspects of my being, there are so many expressions and variations of my consciousness such as the White Violet Flame, the Pink Violet Flame, the Golden Violet Flame and the Pearlescent Violet Flame. As you exist in numerous dimensions in diverse and evolving forms so do I, you may recognise my more expansive aspects come to you to co-create with you for your personal enhancement the more you work with my energies.
I, the Violet Flame, am present with you and all of humanity to bring forth a shift of new consciousness by inviting all forms of restriction created within your being to be dispersed and dissolved, thus influencing the ascension of all and the manifestation of the Era of Love. Call upon me, speak with me, share with me what you wish to heal, let go of, release and that which you wish to manifest, express and experience. I will begin my work of co-creation with you.
Know when you feel your boundaries, foundation and all you recognise fall away or old energies restore their presence within you, you can be sure transmutation and transformation is occurring on a major scale within your being which will impact your physical reality upon the Earth.
