Hi everyone,

Galactic energies and Galactic Presences are present on our beloved Earth, in our reality and in ourselves. This is very clear more than ever and it cannot be denied anymore, at least that is my personal opinion and experience. I have had so many Galactic experiences that I decided to share them all with you; dreams, real experiences in daytime, in conscious ways…. I am as excited as you all are and it is also one of my missions to bring things out about the Galactics and to work on disclosure so this is what I am going to do now, bringing out my personal experiences to begin with..

The first time I had a “contact” with one of the galactics in a conscious way was with the Arcturians. I saw this group and forms of white energy moving around me and I felt as if they were touching me and it felt warm. They started to talk to me and they presented themselves as the Arcturians to me. They are so gentle and highly evolved Light beings, who are friendly and loving, but also very direct and clear in their intentions and messages. They were often around me in their energetic forms and I could sense them and see them moving around me all the time. Mostly when their Presence was with me, it meant that a download, a transformation process or a transmutation had to be done.

Every time a big step was taken by me, they were there to assist me with it, through their high technology and energy. Often they perform a healing and clearing, a sort of scan to see how far my body was in its transformation process or I just went aboard their ship in one of their energy and healing chambers of Light. When this was the case, I could feel myself aboard their ship and lying in a sort of cabin of Light. Every time such process was assisted by the Arcturians, Light codes and geometry codes were coming in and were absorbed in my being. I could see them and with every one of these patterns and codes, the Arcturians explained to me what it meant. I could understand them, but after 5 minutes it was gone so I can’t recall any of them at this time. But it’s perfectly normal as they are now integrated and understood by my being, which is the most important thing right now.

For the past 9 months the Arcturians were the closest to me, and they are really loving and so experienced in everything they do. They are teaching me their language at present and the funny part is that I really have no problem in writing it down and translate it while our human language is getting harder for me to use at times. They have given me personal mantras to use and I swear that I could translate every single word of them and understand the meaning of them; I just could feel it. They affirmed this and explained to me why this was the case. “You know our language Méline, even if you are not from our civilization, you have been here quite a lot and you are familiar with our language so this is a review for you”

I do recall, while being in the Alpha state, (which is a state between awake and sleep, like you are just before falling asleep) I was being taught a sort of language which was a galactic one. At this state, just between being awake and being asleep, is the place where a lot of things happen on a conscious way. It is just as you are asleep, but you are not and you are still here. Often I open my eyes during it and feel with my hands if I am still in my bed, while feeling myself floating in some kind of state and vibration. When I am on the ships and this is happening in this state and not during dreams, it is always in that way that I see and feel that I am somewhere else, while still being in this reality and body. It is called traveling through the dimensions in your state of being. We are doing this often, some more than others, some on a conscious way and others not so conscious. I even do this while just sitting in a chair and starting to look with my third eye. I feel myself floating to another place while sitting in my chair consciously. I start to see things around me becoming waves and energy and there are no material shapes anymore. My bed or computer is just moving suddenly and it feels as if I can put my hand through it as it is not a solid material anymore but instead a wave of energy, close to each other, a holographic thing and creation.

This brings me to my experience with my first “real” contact with my Pleiadian family of Light… Now that was an important lesson for me to learn and now I can laugh about it. I was told last summer that I would be visited by the Pleiadians, they gave me a date and an hour and told me they would come down to earth with a small ship on my property on a big field beyond my yard. I was allowed to tell my friend and we would “see” them. The day before I was sitting in my yard, looking at the field where they were expected to land and visit me.. I suddenly saw this blue form standing next to me. It was just standing there very silently as if it was waiting for me to make a connection, which I did. He called himself Peter the blue Pleiadian, who I was familiar with from former channeled messages I once read on the net. He told me that he came to make some agreements on things and prepare me for the encounter the day after.

He explained to me that he would be the captain of that small ship, and that my Pleiadian father Zatu and my Pleiadian mother Ty would be aboard accompanied by my whole family and by Master Melchizedek, who is my brother as an Ascended Master of my Ascended Lady Master being, and Melchizedek is also a Pleiadian aspect. My Twin Flame being an Ascended Master would join them too. We talked a bit and so it was very clear to me that this was truly it! The big deal!! As nervous as I and my friend were the next day, we sat at the exact agreed time waiting and were staring at the field. They contacted me and told me that they were about to land and decloak soon, while suddenly there were humans coming from nowhere on that field, just walking, while there was never one soul on it before!! So we had to wait a bit longer and when the time finally arrived, we could not see them. At least my friend could not see them, I could feel them but not really see as I expected to see them with my physical eyes. They said they have landed and stood next to us, I could see and feel a bit but not really the way I was hoping for. Seems we were too excited and placing expectations on it, which is a disturbing factor.

That day, doubts were arising and I let go of the issue and everything related to it for a while… A few weeks later, I was standing outside, looking at the stars and enjoying the beautiful sight. Suddenly a voice popped in saying: “Méline we are here with you, can you see us?” They were the Pleiadians talking to me and I saw a few light energies, forms moving and standing around me. “Yes” I replied, “I can see you, I think?! Are you these energetic light forms that I am seeing?” “Yes, that is us” they replied. They shared that their ship was also on my property and it was an energetic one, entirely on my ground overlapping a piece of my house as it was bigger than my property. They said that I could see the ship now if I wanted to because I could see them, and this was the case! I started to look through my third eye, without expectations and there it was!!!! I was so happy to finally see it! It was a blueish energetic ship in the form of a disk. It seems that I could see it now because I let go of my expectations of seeing a material ship.

They explained to me that how you see a ship depends on how far you are awakened and what your state is. If you are more in the state of 3D, the ship you will see will be one of lower vibration and the higher the state you are in the more you can observe energetic and Light ships, for actually they all are energetic light ships which they can cloak and decloak and take on any form they want. So that might explain why I never saw an ufo of a material shape.

Another experience with the Galactics was a private tour on board of an Arcturian ship under the guidance of my Twin Flame and SaLuSa. They both talked to me and introduced me to other civilizations. While receiving the tour, the voices and explanations came in clear but the only thing I saw, were flashes of images while receiving explanations. Again I was in this Alpha state just before falling asleep, because I could move my arms and feel my mattress lying under me. While they introduced me to the Arcturians, an image of greenish beings with black eyes came in. They had a small forehead and the back of their head was large and wide. Their ships were round like a bal. Then came the introduction of the Pleiadians followed with images of humanlike beings with long blond hair and clear blue eyes, they felt the most familiar to me and their ships were the form of disks and some were disks with a little dome in the middle. Then the Sirians were introduced to me, but from them I received no images as it seems that I was not comfortable with their appearance back then, as these were the blue race. I did see their ships and they were more triangular shaped. Now I do know how they look and they are very close to looking like the avatars in the movie Avatar. These are all friendly and intelligent beings and were very warm and loving to me.

Not so long ago I had twice the dream of cloud ships decloaking themselves while flying and moving towards the window in my bedroom. The first time these Galactic beings, who I still don’t know who they are, were standing at my window and they were smiling at me and making contact telepathically. I remember that I was looking for my camera to take pictures of them, but it did not work at that time. So suddenly a connection was made with my being, and I went into a blissful state and after that I just woke up. In the second dream it was a ship coming to my bedroom window and again I was trying to take pictures, but to no avail as the camera did not work. Again when the connection was made, a blissful state was a fact and immediately after that I was awake. It all points out to the contact that is already made in a more unconscious way and that it is now presenting itself in a conscious way into my and our reality. It is like the Pleiadians once told in one of my channelings; that we would know and feel that they are of Light because the blissful state of Love will take you over and this was absolutely the case. You become one with them. So contact is already going on for a long time sweet hearts!

As I have told in the radio show of Maarten Horst last thursday, I see and feel more Galactic energies and beings around me, conscious and in my dreams. Last night I had again a dream that had the message that all is so close. When our Galactic Family came to my window bedroom in the former dreams and when contact was made it felt like recognition of yourself and suddenly a state of bliss is felt as if the body is no more and there is just: being! Last night I dreamt that I went to the store and there was quite a special man with clear blue eyes behind the counter and he was always smiling, happy and so full of love! It felt as if nothing could ruin his world full of happiness. When everything I bought was scanned and we came to the point where normally I have to pay, he put everything in bags and just smiled at me as if he knew me, a sort of recognition. He did not ask for payment at all and wished me a wonderful day! I went outside kind of in a haze about it and saw that no one had to pay at all! So I took my bill and on that bill was his picture and his name with a few lines that stated: “We are coming from a 3D reality and now have reached a 5D reality, therefore all is free and in abundance all out of Love and harmony! Exchanging is now the new way. I wish you a blessed day and much Love.” Suddenly it just became clear to me that he was a galactic in human form! He came here to set things straight and that is why he was so happy and looking at me while giving me the feeling that he knew exactly who I was!! I could feel it after that on a big scale because it all made sense now and I just knew and saw what it was all about.

It is also duly felt by others around me, as they too have dreams of Light coming out of the Earth (inner Earth) and of Galactics, even the not so awakened ones are telling me this. So again it all points out to something Galactic presenting itself to us, the alignment with their energies, their Presences, with ourselves. The becoming one again with them. These energies are so strong nowadays and even at night I often get the message to go to bed early as they need me to offer my services and I need to be asleep to enable this and leave my body. This I have experienced not so long ago and I could feel myself wanting to leave my body, but the sleep modus was not active yet so I felt myself being pushed back into my body a few times until I was fully asleep. That night I did everything consciously and I can remember every single detail of my mission, but I am just not allowed to share as it was top secret. I even felt it strongly that I was doing something dangerous together with my Twin Flame who is in fact already doing so much for this world, and we had to be extremely cautious during this mission.

I find we are living in the most exciting times ever for all of us because so much is happening and we are all working on so many things and missions, I wanted to share this all with you in the hope that some of you will recognize this for yourselves also. Because we are disclosing ourselves and it actually already happened for some and it is still happening for others. Much Love and gratitude precious hearts for being here with me ♥

The Secret Of Secrets

So much has been lost, but being eternal, it is never lost forever, only veiled!

The Secret of Secrets — the hidden space within the human heart that all of creation emerges from — was in ancient times almost completely an oral tradition kept secret by the priests and shamans of the tribe or culture. Seldom was anything written down, primarily because it cannot be learned or experienced from the written word. Only through direct experience can it truly be known.

Nevertheless, this month (August 2003) I am publishing a new book about this very subject. It’s called Living in the Heart.

What I have found is that although the direct experience is paramount to knowing the Secret of Secrets, talking or reading about the Sacred Space of the Heart can prepare the mind for this change.

In order to help accomplish this change, I have created a CD that will be included in the book. It will lead you into the heart space in a similar manner that was used in ancient times, thousands of years ago. At least, this is my hope and prayer.

What Is this Secret of Secrets?

First of all, on a mundane level, it is a physical space within the body that is found, depending on the tradition, either inside the heart or very close to it. Some traditions say it is behind the heart, some say it is off to one side, and others say it is in front of the heart. But most believe it is located inside the physical heart, and that’s what I believe.

One aspect is clear. It is not the heart chakra.

The Secret of Secrets has been referred to, in the Jewish tradition, as the Secret Chamber of the Heart. The Upanishads, the Hindu sacred texts, refer to it as the Tiny Place Within the Heart. It also is sometimes referred to as the Sacred Space of the Heart, which is the designation I use in my new book.

In truth, there is very little found that has ever been written about this most important part of human experience.

It is apparent that in ancient times, this place within the heart was known and entered into in their ceremonies, for this is still being done today in a few “lost” tribes in remote areas of the world.

In modern times, the HeartMath Institute is the forerunner of research into this ancient knowledge, and at the same time they are finding new information that probably even the Ancient Ones didn’t know.

From my perspective and the view of many indigenous tribes, this Sacred Space within the Heart holds the only possibility of there ever being peace on Earth. All political actions on the Earth are being taken from Duality Consciousness — the result of the Fall — and this form of consciousness is based on ego.

As long as ego runs the course of events in the world, we will never know peace. Ego judges all events as either good or bad from its own viewpoint, and ego always thinks of itself first. As long as ego is safe and comfortable, ego doesn’t usually care what happens to that which seems external to itself.

The Reality Within the Heart

The heart is so different! It perceives the world as an image, not something “real,” and it see everything at once. The heart knows only unity and Oneness, and creates from that way of seeing. It will never do anything that will be harmful to anyone or anything, for it knows that there is not “two.”

All that exists is within the heart. In fact, even if it does not exist, it is still within the heart.

People in the past, myself included, often believed that love is the word for what is connected to the heart space. We celebrate Valentine’s Day with images of a heart representing our connection with love and our lover.

But from the Sacred Space of the Heart, there are various kinds of love, and the love that we experience between two people is seldom coming from the heart. This kind of love is actually coming from the emotional body and is controlled by the right brain.

These emotional feelings are polarized, just as the brain is, and have an opposite expression — for example, love can become hate.

How often have you kissed someone you love dearly and then ten minutes later, in a moment of heat (heart without an “r”), said, “I hate you!” This is a conditional love. It changes with the moment.

But in the Sacred Space of the Heart there is a different kind of emotional body, so to speak, that does not have a polarized counterpart. This is a LOVE that knows no bounds, has no conditions, and will exist eternally no matter what.

This LOVE knows only Oneness and creates only to bring joy to all life everywhere.

Ever since we fell from our heart to our mind, we have been in hell.

And so I pray that someday soon we all find this place within our hearts, for in this most holy place we all join together as One.

Does this sound like New Age hype, or do you really realize the possibility and power of what many people are saying today about this hidden world of the heart?

All the world’s religions and spiritual disciplines allude to this possibility, but most of them have forgotten how to actually enter this sacred space. These ways, like most of the old ways, have been lost.

But as I said in the beginning, this experience can never be truly lost, for it is the source of humanity and the cosmos itself. It can only be veiled.

As with all natural events in nature, all things have their timing. The return to the heart by humankind is only a matter of time.

And remember, the great achievements of this human world have always began with a single man or woman. If only one person — perhaps you? — were to enter the heart in LOVE and begin the holy dreaming process of creating a new world, can you not see that all the rest of us would someday follow?

A veil is only a veil! The truth is always eternal. Through a single person, the Secret of Secrets could be revealed in the ordinary world of everyday life.

You will realize that I have purposely left out of this article any actual instructions on how to enter the heart consciousness. This is for the same reason that the ancients never, or seldom, wrote down their knowledge. The step-by-step instructions won’t get you there. It’s not something that can be conveyed in the space of an article, and as you will see in reading this magazine, the best anyone can do is help prepare you.

I do pray that what I have done with the new book and CD will be of service. But the truth is that without an experienced teacher and the oral tradition, it is very difficult to truly find this Sacred Space.

I would like now to explore some of the ways we can develop into the multidimensional souls we have always been, and realize our infinity.

As aspects of the One Infinite Creator, we have always naturally possessed within, the abilities and expanded perspectives so many people are just beginning to open up to and find for themselves. We can tap into the infinite array of abilities we have always possessed and here, I would like to offer my perspective on how we can work toward attaining our personal infinity; while recognizing that mine is one perspective out of everyone’s.

You are encouraged to share yours as well.

Power Gone Unrealized

For the most part, humanity has not realized the enormous power we hold. The power that we hold within has been forgotten and in some cases, suppressed as we were kept feeding a limited and finite way of Living and being. As such, it is important for us to discover our hidden-away abilities now, so that we can further work toward recognizing the harmony that is meant to be established between every nation, every race and every individual soul.

By now, it’s been said quite a bit that our collective will benefit immensely from every individual soul on this world finding and attaining a personal happiness, wholeness and a realization of their infinite abilities and their interconnected nature with every person around them. The power we will have as a collective cannot be overstated; if for no other reason, than because of our already-strong power as individual, sovereign souls.

In many cases, we have been kept in a perpetual state of unawareness to the realities and planes of perception that lay just beyond our physical reality waiting to be explored via an inner-connection with them, as well as to the continual acts of injustice taking place on this world every day which, for the most part, are orchestrated and funded by entities who have assumed the positions of power on our world that they are in because of the very unawareness caused by the blinders that have been put over the eyes, minds and hearts of humanity.

The few with influence and increasingly-dissolving power have been able to continually manifest injustice, and the unaware collective have unknowingly fed the acts of injustice taking place every day by remaining unaware to them and employing the resulting complacency. Opening up to our inner-perceptions is the most important thing we can do, for ourselves and for our world, because we will find personal revelations and assistance with our Lives as we realize more and more that we are infinite, spiritual beings undergoing a human experience.

The Orchestration of Reality & Creating Something Better

Along with an inner-awareness and garnering of personal happiness and peace, we will become increasingly aware of the, for lack of a better term, puppet show being played out on the world stage in an effort to keep us distracted and unaware. We will begin to notice so many aspects of western and progressive society that seem quite designed to keep humans in the states of limitation and distraction that form a barrier around our inner-perceptions and our very ability to see or feel anything beyond what the physical senses can perceive.

We may find personal motivation to help change the condition this world is in, and our eyes will be opened fully to the pollution being fed every day on this Earth which is of course, bad for the environment, for the collective consciousness and for the planet who we will begin to realize has and is its own sentient spirit.

Upon fashioning the inner connection we are going to explore in this writing, you will find multitudes of other reasons why doing so will be and was beneficial for you and for the entirety of humanity. You will find a clear and pure perspective and everything that’s been written or channeled by another in the way of the ongoing spiritual evolution of humanity will be accessible and understood as the vast library of inner-held energy and information that it is.

You will discover humanity’s interconnected nature and the fact that we are being fed troths of pure encoded energy from realms beyond our conscious understanding, in accordance with the physical and spiritual evolution of humanity currently underway.

You will access and be able to decode this energy, and some of you may even find a known Angelic soul fashioning a connection with you as a result of your ability to communicate with them and in general, because of your access to the higher realms. If any of you out there reading this have fashioned any type of reliance on channeled messages or the spiritually-inspired writings being given as of late, you will be able to soften that connection when you discover that it’s completely attainable within.

We will discuss that subject a bit more later. For now, I would like to get into some of the initial things we can do to begin discovering and accessing our infinity and the abilities that come with such an access.

Realizing the Presence of the Divine

One of the first steps we can take to realize and access our infinity is to see that the Divine is all around us, at all times. We have been kept distracted from the Divine and as such, some people may feel as if it will be difficult to access or feel a connection with the Divine once opening up to such a connection, and this is simply not so. It’s been said before that it takes little more than an acknowledgment of the Divine and the fact that it is all around us, for us to begin fashioning a real connection that will reap us enormous benefits.

Meditation is, of course, a good way to open up to the Divine and the deeper states of consciousness the Divine offers. Upon clearing one’s mind and finding a calm, relaxed state of mind, one will make way for the heart to come through and express the bounties that deeper states of consciousness have to offer humanity. In meditation, one is able to find realizations and epiphanies about circumstances in their Lives, which flow through gracefully and lead one to an “aha!” moment.

For me, meditation these days is little more than an attunement to naturally purer and deeper states of consciousness. The very air around me vibrates and reverberates with pure, colored energy when meditating and the vibrations alone in these deeper states of consciousness are enough to want to find them in every moment. We find a deeper perspective resulting from our ability not to silence mind, but to allow it to express itself in a detached manner and in a manner that sees all of mind’s thoughts flow through and leave just as quickly as they came.

The Influence of Mind

The only reason mind is able to maintain a prevalent influence in some who have difficulty meditating is because of the mental and sometimes, emotional attachment to the thoughts mind is giving out. Upon finding an ability to let those thoughts flow through without attaching oneself to them, one will begin to find an opened connection with the heart and the deeper states of consciousness and awareness that result.

Meditation is one thing that will help us feel and realize the Divinity of every moment. An understanding that we are Living a finite existence and that our natural growth and evolution will lead us onward to purer realms wherein suffering or negativity of any sort are not experienced, will see us find a greater appreciation for this reality we’re Living in as well.

Perhaps some of you reading this are here because you were attracted to the idea of finding your personal infinity and breeding a greater and more enjoyable Life experience as a result.

Well, an important step toward doing so is realizing that right now, in this very moment, everything is perfect and Divine. This statement may not resonate with some of you who continue to experience difficulty and hardship, but it is hoped to help each one of you to see-through the negativity and density which I do indeed experience in my Life just as you do. I am simply beginning to see it from a different perspective.

I speak of a perspective of understanding that negativity and density of any kind are fading aspects of an illusory reality that has been established on this planet for much, much less time than the Divine has been present here. The Divine has waited patiently for us to tap into it and access and feel what it has to offer us and as we are able to do so in much easier ways than we would be led to believe, the impetus in those who seek should be strong and the resulting rewards should be well worth the overall journey.

We are all naturally spiritual beings who have imposed limitations upon ourselves and allowed those limitations to become doctrines for what a physical experience of Life is supposed to be, and the natural spirituality we hold within and our natural ability to draw-upon the energies of the Divine have been fashioned into limiting dogmas and religious beliefs.

Religion: Spiritual Control

Religion at its very core is meant to provide an esoteric or metaphysical understanding of how we were Created, why we are here and what our purpose and mission is while on this Earth.

In many cases, our ability to access the spirituality we all possess within has been taken from us and people in our past who had a naturally strong connection with their inner-realms and attempted to uplift humanity and help us all find the awareness and the states of consciousness they had found, were worshiped and made out to be souls of special importance when they really only had a connection with the Creator that is accessible by us all.

Religion has bred control of the masses and the very thoughts, feelings and actions of the masses, and the men behind the curtains of various religions have been able to orchestrate such control the way they have because of humanity’s natural quest to seek an understanding of this reality and the way this reality works, that is beyond the physical understanding or anything that can be explained away physically.

What we haven’t been taught is that we can access and fashion a connection to the Divine realms so many religious prophets have themselves been able to feel and access, and we don’t need anybody accept ourselves guiding our inner-travels and our quest for spiritual and physical understanding.

As I will say later on, every one of you reading this is a sovereign, powerful individual and you don’t need me to tell you that. You don’t need this writing to know that you are the conscious Creator of the surroundings you find around you, or that your connection to realms beyond humanity’s understanding is both real and strong.

We are kept feeding a false and fading paradigm when subscribing to controlling religious beliefs and doctrines, and if we can all find and fashion the inner-connection that will continue to be discussed and mentioned as much as it has been, we will see our individual strength and power and be able to rightly put an end to attempts to control our Lives via a manipulation of humanity’s quest to re-find the realms of consciousness we once existed in blissfully.

Upon realizing that the Divine is all around us and seeing that our ability to access the Divine has been shelved as we were kept feeding dogmas rigid beliefs that are not in alignment with the higher dimensional experiences so many people are having, we can then begin our real and undistorted search for external and internal enlightenment.

Merging Internal & External Harmony

We can begin to utilize the deeper states of consciousness meditation will provide along with the aforementioned understanding that the Divine is all around us, and begin to seek ways to make our outer-reality reflect the brimming happiness and personal wholeness an open connection to our inner realms will begin to offer.

Personally, I choose to at least attempt to see nearly everything that plays out in my Life in a positive manner. Beyond that, I have recognized the mission I have been offered and do what I can to help uplift this Earth and its collective out of the density and negativity that has remained the rule of the day for far too long, and I use much of my energy delightfully contributing to the ongoing spiritual revolution.

I also choose to get out in nature and recognize the beauty and Divinity of the outer reality around me. I am beginning to find and recognize beauty and Divinity in every aspect of this land and I am realizing that it and the sentient Earth it exists on are more conscious and spiritual than I.

For some, searching externally includes becoming aware of the tyranny, injustice and control that has been enforced on this world by the few with influence and money while for others, it includes absorbing written spiritual material or listening to uplifting music in an effort to feel the higher vibrations of their outer reality, which are based in our inner-realities.

For some of you who are well along your paths, the internal and external searches could have long merged as you are finding your very experience of your inner-realms growing and beginning to permeate the experience of your outer. Those of you who are just beginning to traverse your path will find this is so as you continue to grow and learn, and find harmoniously-pure states of consciousness that you will begin to be able to integrate into your everyday experience of Life.

This is an excerpt from Module 2: The Body Consciousness. It covers the multidimensional aspects of being a HUman on Gaia at this time, how Source creates a Universe, and the basic stair-step structure of incarnating into form.

Even if you are familiar with Ascension and how to expand your consciousness, it’s a good REminder of a basic element of being here right now. All of the adjustments, tingles and jingles are part of taking the body along for the Ascension journey. It needs your support, care and guidance as the Higher Being you already are.

Sharing the similarities in my Higher expressions. We are all unique expressions of Source exploring Source; the discovery of a through-line in a few of my expressions that I AM able to access was fascinating to me.

Side note: the baby spider made it safely back to town, he is now twice as big and enjoying the view from the front window’s houseplant.

Crystal Support for Solar Stargate work

I visited my sacred circle yesterday before the snowstorm arrived. I AM working with Golden Solar Heart Center expansion through the gateway. Some vibrant light Masters using brilliant frequencies joined me, sending gold-diamond-crystalline light to support my expansion. Just lovely to have such bright light on a gloomy day in the cold woods.

I place my crystals right on Gaia for this kind of work, in this case in the ice-snow which covers the mountain. Look at what one of my crystals encoded from this exchange – streaks of gold and veins/shafts of 5D rainbow colors. The rose quartz picked up some gold as well, however it is difficult to photograph (as is the quartz). Hope you can see it! The sensations and visions of the expansion can be felt when I hold it by my heart.

Use your crystals, lovelies ~ speak to them, program them, work with them during the gateway!

Ascension: a conscious evolutionary process which integrates a higher frequency of vibration into the physical body.

Ascension activates the Divine HUman (Crystalline/ Christed/Krysthl) state of consciousness and merges the Higher (5D/6D) and Lower (3D/4D) expressions of the Self.

Our planet ascended to 5D in December of 2012. This means a platform for the new experience of the return to the true HUman genome is provided. Kindwhile, HUmanity is able to transition from the 4D platform we currently experience to the 5D platform which eventually will merge with the lower 4D expression of Earth.

Ascension is not about leaving the planet, getting rescued by off-world brethren or flying up into heaven. It is not about watching the Shift unfold online, or waiting for the external world to provide evidence of inner change. Ascension is a conscious choice to engage in evolution.

When consciously activated, the Ascension process affects every aspect, level and layer of a person’s beingness. The physical, emotional, mental, egoic and spiritual structures undergo acute transformation, evolving to meet the demands of a higher level of consciousness.

The Awakening Phenomenon is one of the more impressive effects of the Shift. Amidst the external changes – political, social, financial, spiritual, solar and planetary – people encounter profound internal change due to the ascending frequencies. This heightened awareness returns wisdom, knowledge and a connection to divine aspects of the Self which had been dormant for thousands of years.

Ascension is a change in frequency. Dimensions are based on vibration. Each dimension has a range of frequencies which create the reality or experience within that dimension. Anything living on a planet must resonate with the vibrational level of that planet (or higher) or it cannot exist in that reality. As the frequency of the Earth rises, everything on her surface is affected by this increase in frequency. Ascension is the process of frequency change in order to evolve to a higher vibrational state.

Ascension Guidance for activation, integration and acceleration

Integration is vital to achieving a permanent state of higher consciousness. In the Ascension process, it is essential to clear and retrain the lower emotional, egoic and mental constructs which block higher states of consciousness. This frees the true Self to do what it came here to do; awaken and embody a unique expression of Source.

Reliance on external modalities, channels and old paradigm “New Age” methods has limited the awakening process for quite a few people. Many are now ready to take on the task of Self-empowerment, REactivate their Divine HUman state and achieve Crystalline consciousness.

Incredible possibilities for Earth and Humanity

The Shift, jump time, evolutionary upgrades in consciousness and the ascension process have been discussed for years in spiritual circles, and for millennia in ancient cultures. Waves of unique cosmic energy have been surging through our galaxy for decades, and the 2012 window of amplification has arrived.

It isn’t the “end of the world.” It’s a beginning of a new paradigm, and big change is typically rough. The “Shift” is a shift in consciousness; a dramatic change in the parameters by which we experience reality. The physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and dimensional changes which are occurring here have never been experienced before. It is a fantastic time to be here and experience evolution first-hand.

What is Ascension?

Ascension is a change in frequency. Dimensions are based on light and sound vibration, or frequency. Each dimension has a range of frequencies which create the structure for experiencing a certain kind of reality. Third dimensional reality is the lowest density (frequency) which a human expression of consciousness may experience. There are many side effects of the old 3D reality, including the illusion of linear time, the inability to perceive higher dimensions, and spiritual amnesia, where the memory of past lives, experiences in other dimensions, and connection to the rest of the Universe is forgotten. But all of that is changing during the Shift. This is why the phenomenon of “awakening” is so widespread; we are waking up from the amnesia of 3D and reconnecting with higher dimensional consciousness.

Apocalypse and the planet

Anything which desires to experience life on a planet must resonate with the vibrational level of that planet (or higher) in order to exist within the parameters of that reality. The frequency of the Earth has been increasing, and continues to rise, which means everything in, on and around her surface is affected. Higher frequency always raises the lower vibrations. As the parameters for 3D reality dissolve, and then 4D, the planet supports the experience of a higher dimension. This change in dimensional structure is becoming very apparent to the awakened. “Apocalypse” means “lifting of the veil” – the unveiling of higher dimensions which were once hidden by the density of 3D reality.

The Human Ascension process

Humans are unique; our DNA hold the codes for all life in this Universe, an expression of Creator consciousness embodied (creator-in-carnate) in HUman (God-man) expression. Your primary responsibility in this game of amnesia is to wake up and remember who you are as a divine HUuman. The Ascension process is the transformation of the physical body, light body and the consciousness which animates it, in order to hold a higher vibrational state. Your higher self is merging with your lower dimensional self after a very long separation in the 3D experience.

In order for your body to be capable of holding that higher frequency, it must transform into a crystalline-based cellular structure. DNA which has been dormant must be activated. Our consciousness must be expanded beyond the boundaries of habitual 3D/4D existence. It is physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually challenging, and it is quite amazing. Medical impossibilities are popping up all over the globe. Not everyone has chosen to awaken in this lifetime, nor do they have to awaken. There are many factors involved in experiencing the Ascension process, and we are all here to play out the Shift in our own way.

The changes will affect your lifestream

Severe weather and climate change are imminent due to the drastic reduction of the magnetosphere. Global warming is simply the collapse of the astral planes of consciousness as we go through the Shift.

Mother Earth is a very patient conscious entity with a long and diverse history. This window of evolution coincides with many galactic alignments, some of which only occur in million and billion year cycles. Galactic cycles are very long, and the experiences of other off-world races, systems and galaxies depend upon the raising of Earth’s frequency. It’s a bit like being the weakest link – other games cannot be played until this density is upgraded.

Earth is constantly balancing magnetics as 3D dissolves. The doom timeline – a complete destruction of everything on her surface – has been eliminated thanks to the amount of awakened consciousness on the planet. She is heavily influenced by the collective consciousness, and millions have been connecting with her to smooth the transition during the Shift.

The collective consciousness of humanity both helps and hinders the transition through thought, intention and actions. The Shift and ascension of Earth are inevitable; they cannot be stopped. How dramatic the Shift will be depends upon how quickly humanity embraces the change to a higher frequency.
